Metro is on El Nasr street next to the Shell garage (I think it si Shell) , I am not sure how you go to Ali pharmacy but I get there from Maadi and you have to go past Metro on the right.

If you had to go past Ali Ali with it on your right, straight over the next roundabout then take the next major right then Metro will be on your left.
