I may not completely agree with you on point#2. Some of us, the new people on forum, genuinely ask for contacts because we don't have it. People here have build their contacts by sharing over a long time. This forum started long back. All senior members like you have a good experience or contacts, so we tend to look at you for help.

Yes, there would always be a chance where your help is not taken positively and leads to what you mentioned, but you should note punish all newbies. There has to be some way where things can still go healthy without any wrong intention. You people are here for long and I am sure can easily make out looking at comments or PM's about the person who is sending them. Please do not mind my words, but just felt that not being here from beginning should not be a cause for denial to us.

In that case you should name that senior's ID here so others can be aware of it as well. Naming them will also discourage such acts in future by that member and also act as deterrent for anybody else in future who would want to try and do that.
