The best way to get to Sharks from FRA is using Bus Airliner, you can find it on bus stop #13 or 14 right outside the Terminal 1. It cost about E8 each way. You can find schedule by Google Darmsdadt Airliner.
From city of Frankfurt, you can take train to Sharks. The schedule is on RMV site. It is about E8 each way too.

This is the easiest way to go between Fran and Darmsdadt. Of course, you may need to get cab to drive you over to Sharks which is around 10 E. No big deal.

For your dream of multiple AM session, then nap and many meals, rehydration, perhap more nap, then multiple night session, I recommend Oase as you may accomplish all the above without even leaving FKK. Oase have dedicated upstairs quiet room, for men-only, to nap and escape from girls. It has beautiful view of greenery in Oase backyard, which is excellent in summertime with girls. February 2018 Oase LU has been excellent.
Shark, while known for traditionally strong LU, have inferior facility compare to Oase. Shark does not have separate nap room and food is same everyday. All main spaces of Shark you cannot really escape from the club music, whereas Oase have multiple main rooms free of the loud music. Also, top Shark girls seem to be pre-booked and so you left with remainder of girl to choose from. However, at Oase I saw many top girls available around 17:00-18:00 around when Oase serve dinner.
