Can anyone recommend a Therma in Copa or any were in RIO. I checked the last 50 reports with no help.
Seriously, you're joking or you're not even trying. This is one of the most discussed topics on this board. The popular ones haven't changed in about fifteen years.
Monte Carlo. Copacabana.
4 x 4 - Centro.
Solarium. Jardim Botanico / Lagoa.
Centaurus. Ipanema.
There's a few others in Centro, but 4 x 4 is the most popular and most expensive in Centro. Centaurus doesn't get a lot of support on the board.
Question for the board, I tried looking this info up on the internet but wasnt sure where to search. Does anyone know if a brasilian with an overstayed visa can fly within the US?
I knew a former Help girl who lived illegally in Las Vegas for 13 years. I was shocked when I looked at her facebook and saw that she was able to travel all over the US by using her Brazilian passport. She never had a problem at the airport even though her tourist visa had expired almost a decade earlier. The only catch was she could never leave America or else she would not be let back into the states. (She went back to brasil earlier this year).
Fast forward to today. I have a friend who has been here for 7 months. (her tourist visa is good for a 6 month visit). She is afraid to fly because the brazilians in her community said that now the officers at the airport check your visa status and if you overstay, they may take you into custody.
Does anyone know if this is true? Are they checking people's visas at the airport for local flights?
Unlike other countries, the US does not require a passport for foreigners or national ID for citizens to be input when booking a domestic flight. As long as she has a valid passport from any country or US State ID then she will be okay. I was going to marry a Brazilian chick that was illegal in New York. Same tourist visa overstay situation that you are describing. She also had a Massachusetts driver's license and was able to visit me in Atlanta several times. We did not make it happen because I wanted half the money before the wedding and half after. She wanted to give me half the money before the wedding and half after she got her permanent papers. She ended up marrying a Brazilian guy that had US citizenship.

Does anyone know if this is true? Are they checking people's visas at the airport for local flights?
I've been living / working in the SP area for almost 3 yrs. Before I moved I made arrangements with my neighbour to manage my rental properties in Washington, DC. I'll call periodically to stay abreast of property management issues. One particular call she was telling me that ICE* were literally patrolling the streets of my former neighbourhood looking for undocumented aliens. My neighbourhood has a high immigrant population, mostly Hispanic, African, & Arab. I would say that your friend with the expired visa has more to worry about with maybe a random traffic stop in non-immigrant friendly jurisdictions or a random encounter with ICE than air travel arrangements.
*ICE= US Immigration & Customs Enforcement.
The exact question was: Does anyone know if a Brazilian with an overstayed visa can fly within the US?
My contacts at Homeland Security (which Immigration and TSA fall under) tell me that the requirements for checking IDs in general are "evolving. " There was a phased implementation schedule for the Real ID program but that schedule has been in a state of flux (delayed). This impacts US Citizens using driver's licenses and ID cards to travel through airports. So, depending on the state that issued your ID and the airport checking the ID you may be handled differently. The reason this was brought up to me was to say in a politically correct way, if we can't standardize travel for our own citizens how do you think we are doing with other countries? I was told that right now TSA Agents are not required to check visas but that can always change. Tomorrow. And, it does not mean a particular agent will not check just because he wants to spend a little more time looking over a hot Brazilian (my comment, not Homeland's). So, the safest answer is if you are a Brazilian traveling by air within the US with an expired visa, make sure you have everything with you in case you get deported. Of course, it could be shipped to you (good luck with that).
BTW, Canada, under the authority of Her Majesty the Queen (because she wears really cool hats) implemented a cheap Electronic Travel Authorization system for Brazilians who hold US Visas and are travelling by air. Used to be they had to have a separate visa.
I can't argue with this-even in the 4. 5 years I've been comin to Rio it has changed.
Rio's gdps are flocking to London. More and more casas are popping up or they are renting houses on their own.
I feel Rio will be more and more about learning portugese to make an impact.
The talent last time was measly and the best girls I find are from around the country in Brasil or an occasional trash spot.
I have minimal desire to return to Rio for p4 p-really its only lower tier and trash but can only do that for so long.
I'd come back for non-pros and personal reasons.
Its non-pro focus but even there I seem to meet hotter talent outside Rio who have less opportunities and therefore are more desperate to meet good dudes.
This evangelical hipocrite of a mayor is not helping Rio's p4 p cause and it sounds like SP is benefitting.
#RipRio except for privees!lol
I remember when one asked the question- Which is the number one monger destination in the world? The answer would be either Brazil or Thailand. I guess the answer is now Thailand hands down.

If you don't, then Thailand is never going to be better than Brazil! I'm not all that much into Asian women. The vast majority of them just don't do it for me in the looks department. Nor is their average sexual performance nearly as good. I found too many Thai girls to be just too timid and shy about their bodies. So for me, Brazil is always, always, always going to be better than Thailand (and any other Asian mongering destinations). I am remain committed to Brazil for mongering before any other country in the world.

I think your statement is more true if you're thinking about packaging a nice vacation around your mongering adventure. Then you also get into the issues of the cost of everything in Brasil.
Some of us were trying to advise a young man Gertsch700 on a month long Brasilian trip. I advised him in General Info and PM about the best cities for mongering and vacationing. I hope he reciprocates with posting about his adventure when he returns. He went silent after we gave him a lot of recommendations.
Anecdote: I've had friends of friends contact me and ask me about how to conduct business in Rio. They ask a lot of questions about the scene and hang on my every word. When they come back, they often play coy and suddenly pretend to have had no interest in the scene. Strange, but true. Some men come back and want to pretend that all they did was enjoy the beach.

It was basically a site where you could meet people from other countries by logging in with your yahoo email account. Anyway, she said anytime she talked to an single America man, she would ask if they had ever been to brasil, most would say they had visited Rio de janeiro. She would joking say "Oh, you must be on of those gringos who stays in Copa and goes to Club Help every night!" The guys would immediately claim that they have never been to the club or have never even heard of the place. They only stayed in Rio so they could go to Sugar Loaf or visit the Christ statue.
She would ask me "Bravo, why do men lie so much? I know they go to club Help to fuck the putas, they should just be honest!" I told her its because they believe if they tell a "normal girl" the truth that they fuck hoes, they believe they will lose their chance at hooking up wth her.

It only has millions of Brasilerias, who adore sex, are very friendly and have delicious bodies. Gringos, don't waste your time, head for Thailand.

I would of told that ***** to suck my dick. And she would of answered how much will you give me. I've met "normal" Brazilian girls who even though, they're doctors, lawyers, scientists, engineers, teachers, department store managers. They all sold pussy at one time or another in their lives! LMAO!

And I do not understand it at all. I have taken regular girlfriends of mine to Help to see how it is. Then in the Dominican Republic threads guys say not to tell normal women that you are staying in Sosua. It never made a difference to the regular chicks that I know and many have taken the bus to see me there. From my point of view it is good to show a regular chick if she is not acting right then I am surely aware that I have other options. Shit I even tell them how much the chicks go for. Whenever a new chick says she is not looking for just fun I say if I only wanted fun I could pay a hooker x reais, pesos, or whatever the local currency is. That fucks their head up.
Help is long gone. I've went to Help the first time in 1991. Actually my first brazilian girl in Brazil was a Help girl. A girl who swore that she wasn't a puta. It turned out she was a Monte Carlo girl. The years passed on. The first girl that I ever payed for was a Help girl in 1996. The years passed on. I f*cked many Help-girls during those years. Help was fun when going with a bunch of friends, but it was never a first monger choice to me. The last years before Help closed it was actualy really sh*tty. The same gringos with their overpriced botttle of sh*tty Red label standing on their tables and the same old Zona Norte putas.
Help attracted a lot of scumbags. The worst kind of putas, robbers, muggers, drugdealers, greedy gringos and corrupt police. When Help closed in 2010 I thought I would never missed that place, but I actually I do. I do miss Help, Terraco Atlantico and ho-beach. I don't miss it in the mongering scene but as an element in the Rio mongering scene. The mongering in Rio now is worse than it used to be, no doubt. BUT it still good, it just take some more work to find the gems.

When I first visited Brazil in 2006 the posts on this board were all over the place regarding Help, some loved it, some hated it etc. Lately I haven't read anything but glowing reviews until this post. I also saw Help as just "a part" of the Rio scene. I think I went to Help 1 time in a week during my first visit. It was ok, but not something I miss today. Actually, for me 4 x4 at that time was a bigger blast than Help. 4 x4 was so crowded with T&A and robed mongers, that I did not even know how small the main room was until years later when it was sufficiently empty to see across the room. Prior to that I had only seen a see of bodies that I had to wade through without any reference point, and I imagined the room was huge.
A lot of whining about the good old days on this forum, mongering is what you make of it. Today is tomorrows' good old days. Unless of course you are a "Thailand is better hands down" type. The scene evolves, as it has for millenia and will continue to evolve. Some of the brick and mortar places and the big agencies are gone, but indie providers on twitter, tinder and other media are thriving and contacting them via whatsapp has never been easier. Its actually easier to meet semi-pros and newcomers than before. Maybe, the changing scene does not bother me as much because I was always super picky about who I went with, I always put in the leg work or internet research to find the best options for me. I never relied on any one place or scene.
