I was planning to visit Tijuana this upcoming Sunday, never been there mongering. I tend to like to go with the freelancers and was wondering if this would be a bad time to go now that the bars are closed again.
It's been 3 months now since I have been back from Thailand and really looking forward to getting back to some of my favorite activities. Where is the best place to stay in the $50-$60 a night range? Even with the bars closed I think that I would find enough chicas on the street or Milerotica.
What do you guys think, bad idea to go right now?
You already know the answer to this question LOL.
Correction.
Artisttyp is NOT overjoyed about the closures. He is choking his chicken just like everyone else.
Google Translate from Spanish: Tijuana.
Bars in Tijuana must remain closed: Mayor The mayor indicated that they have a list of businesses that opened without permission or that failed to comply with preventive measures.

June 14th.
Tijuana bars must remain closed: Mayor (Sergio Ortiz).
Bars in Tijuana should be closed, said Tijuana Mayor Arturo Gonzlez Cruz.
Including nudist centers, even if they comply with Covid prevention protocols19.
Well, this would generate a rebound in infections and deaths from coronavirus.
This day it was announced that Baja California has 6,863 coronavirus patients, for which 1,486 patients have died.
With these figures, the entity is the third in the country with the most cases and deaths from the pandemic.
Seems the safest place for people getting together but still social distancing is outside. Indoors just creates all kinds of ventilation and other issues. We need HK to happen outside. Turn the back Alley street into a open air restaurant with plenty of space between tables etc. Don't serve liquor so it's not a bar. But only food and non alcoholic beverages. (guess you can tell I am not a big drinker).
OK. I know it's a dream but just dreaming a bit!
Goyo.

I'm afraid its hopeless until a vaccine is here. A bar opened in Florida Jacksonville and almost all workers and 16 friends got sick. Saw on google today. Bars are probably the biggest problem. I guess hk is a little better with less conversation amongst friends but right now it looks like the bar scene in all countries will not be returning for years unless a vaccine shows up.

What do you guys think, bad idea to go right now?
Better to stay close to where the girls work. Especially since you're a new customer. Aqua Rio Velario (beware trannies, or HK hotel Cascada. The place kitty corner with Adelitas with Kitchenettes is good too. They get full so reserve especially weekends.

I just think Tijuana needs to wait a bit more and see what California is doing. Seems like the mayor is a Cuomo type.
Better to stay close to where the girls work... Aqua Rio...
What are you talking about? Aqua Rio is almost a mile outside the Zona.
I guess hk is a little better with less conversation amongst friends...
HK is no better. If anything, it is worse. There's only one thing worse than a densely packed indoor environment full of drunks. And that's a densely packed indoor environment full of drunks who are accustomed to a high risk (healthwise) lifestyle.
Is screwing chicas essential?

The secutiy guy wouldn't let me stand in front of him on the sidewalk at ten am waiting for a uber. He told me I was gona get attacked. Now, I've done the walk, more times than I should have, and even paid uber to drive me the 800 feet once or twice. So if you get this hotel, you really can't be taking a street girl for a walk to this place. Most wouldn't go anyway. For this guys situation, he should go get hotel ticuan, or hotel nelson, and do escorts, and then pay the room rate for the street girls. Right now, if it was me, ID stick to escorts at adelitas, if you can find one that will go. But it can be hard. ID be a little worried to be seen in tiijuana with escorts at most hotels right now if I'm new, not from mexico, etc. So actually the more I think about it, right now, to avoid legal issues, as a newbie, ID just go to hotel cascadas and stick to whatever woman are still in that hotel.
Did you guys see the news that the you. S extended the travel restriction with Mexico until July 21?
Does that mean one cannot cross the border from San Diego to Tijuana? Does the border patrol agents take that seriously?
Henrique.
I drove over twice in the last 2 weeks. Nobody was checking or asking questions on either sides of the border.
I asked, you can say you have a toothache and had to see your dentist, Liberty Dental on Calle 2.
CBP has to let US citizens and legal residents back in.
