How many times did we hear that from a chica in Colombia, as lousy justification for missing a meeting, not being reachable, etc?

I ask the girl if I can take her to the room alone, or she must come with 2 girls more to obey the x3 policy. No, girls can come single.
After some negotiation, we can order a single drink for the girl (20k).
However, let me go back to the subject. The girl tells me her phone is old, because the good one was damaged because "se mojó". I wonder if she's justifying in advance for missing calls? What I found out is most of the listings on AIRBNB aren't actually owned by the person on AIRBNB. Some people might have dozens of listings on AIRBNB. They usually are a property management company, or an entrepreneur trying to make money managing these.
AIRBNB is pretty good. There are quite a few lists on here as well. I didn't have problems at San Fernando Plaza, but this time their price is about 2-3 times as much as it was earlier this year. I'm not sure what that is about.

I have stayed through AIR over a dozen times in SA, Asia, and USA. It's true that there is a sector of properties managed either by property managers or entrepreneurs. Generally, they charge more than the market rate and more importantly do not provide the direct personal services or advice that can enhance your trip, mongering or otherwise.
Last year I stayed at a place for a few nights in Manila and the American guy who subleased the unit to me sent over a little 20 yo spinner to enjoy for a TLN. Needless to say, that type of personal service is not going to happen on a daily basis. But like RTFF, do your research: know the area where you want to stay, determine a fair market value of the daily rent, check the review of prior guests, and try to find out whether the individual renting the property photo is appearing frequently for other ads. If so, avoid that property like you would a pro FL in Mayorista.
As a sidebar, I stayed in a really nice shared property in MDE last October. However, the American owner did not allow guests and was an anti-mongerer, which was clearly notated in his ad. Since the price was so reasonable, I confined my horizontal activities to other venues and utilized the unit as a haven.
I just booked what appears to be a well situated apartment in Chapinero (Bogota) in October with AIR. $40 per night for a fully equipped new studio and no rules about who and how many guests you can have. It's fairly close to the Casa del Coo (aka Pussy House) and no walk of shame; not that I ever have any.
