Jools has been around a long time. Yes, they have quality, well rehearsed shows. One night a few years ago I saw their dancers perform to a medley of James Bond songs. It was quite a good show. Sadly however, the sexy little hostess girl I was drinking and making out with the whole night would not in the end barfine. She gave me her telephone number, but I never bothered to call her. She was a sexy little thing and her auntie was one of the dancers. I never went back to Jools after that night. Guess I was a little let down or something. Ha Ha.

A few months ago I heard they were closing their doors. I don't know if this is true or not and I don't really care.

Stardust, on the other hand, was a more fun bar for me. They had a troupe of professional dancers too and IMHO, the Stardust dancers were a lot hotter. I lusted after a couple of them, but they were an allusive lot and I failed to make a connection. However, the stardust bar girls were a lot of fun in their own right too and the bar girls had the ability and talent, if you know what I mean, of taking my mind off the smokin' hot dancers whom I really wanted. It was sort of like the immortal Rolling Stones song:

"You can't always get what you want, But if you try sometime you find, You get what you need."

Only in this case I didn't have to try at all. As a result, I was never disappointed when I went to Stardust and always found a nice bar girl to take home. So, I was surprised and a little blue when I heard they were closing their doors. I thought Stardust was one of the better bars on Burgos just beneath Kojax, Plan B, and Bottoms in terms of bar girl quality, but it was also appropriately priced less than those 3 top tier bars, so I thought it held a good price point position on the street. Guess I was wrong. LOL.

Somewhat an end of an era I suppose except they still have a number of bars on Fields in AC with dancers that put on shows. You probably know about them already.

And then there are the big international clubs (KTV's) along the bay with runways, shows, lots & lots of very pretty girls (dancers), private rooms, ect ect. Places like Air Force One, Liberty Island, Universe Girl Club. The names of some may have changed since I was last there, but the business model is always the same. These places are very expensive and somewhat similar to gentlemen clubs in BKK like the Pimp Club and much more entertaining IMHO than Jools ever was. Unfortunately, plan on spending 10,000 p or more with no guarantees you are going to get laid if you decide to go to one of these clubs.

Lastly, I think you would enjoy the Samba Club over in the EDSA Entertainment Complex. It is really just a regular Go Go bar except they have solo dancers taking turns on the stage. All the girls at Samba barfine. I found a real nice one there last time I was in town. I barfined her twice.

Three other Stardust dancers are currently gogo bar massage girls in other Burgos bars. SD was a great low-cost barfine place. Getting the top-tier dancers to barfine was quite a trick.

Is there a place to buy legit Viagra in Makati area? I have a doctors note from my hotel doctor and they are happy to buy the medicine for me as well but their quoted cost is 1036 P per pill which I think is pretty high. Does this seem right? When I questioned them, they said that is the going price at both Mercury drug and Watsons. Unless I go generic, this is the price to pay. Can any of you confirm that this is the going price for a pill of Viagra 100 MG or should I go to a different pharmacy with my prescription?

Bars are still a source of fun for me, but dating sites are the go nowadays it seems. Got to have patience for that, something I do not have a lot of.

A) Any person running a business is not going to pre-warn staff. Many staff would jump ship for other employment.

B) bargirls are not in the decision making business.
