I finally caught up with one at a nice price. PRC like to keep their friend very tight. I really enjoyed the squeezing action it made my boy want to stay inside for a long time ;-). I was having problems hooking up with someone at first because nobody wanted to chance driving all the way out to my hotel.
What's the deal this filipinas? You never find them at any bar, and the ones you make eye contact with in malls/shops etc. May not be WGs. Is it okay to ask them outright what they charge? Or are filipinas all about flirting and then a freebie?
I got to know one from the Fairmont one evening. I just walked over and started talking. We exchanged numbers, but I don't want to offend her by asking her "how much? ".
I really need to experience a Filipina!

You obviously don't go to the same bars as me when in AD. Plenty of Fili clubs and bars around. Blue (Manila I think? WR will put me right) in Tourist Club area, Cheers back of Al Ain palace and Emirates Plaza hotel spring to mind.
I'm a Dubai boy so take a trip up the road and try Seaview, Ratsky's or Jules for Fili WGs. Plenty there.
Whether in AD or Dubai and want a real GFE (and all the hassle of a jealous and obsessive Fili GF after, believe me I have a masters degree in this, ask WR) then go to the Fili bars/niteclubs.
There won't be outright WGs there but many are looking for a sugar daddy or some one they can have fun with in return for some reward.
Remember a lot of the cuties are in low-paid customer service type jobs, in hotels and shops for example, so be very generous, buy them drinks and food, pick up the tab and carry some phone top-up cards, always a well received gift, and they'll think you're a great guy. That might still cost you a few hundred dirhams, same as P4P, but carries none of the stigma of a cash offer.
Often I pick up numbers on first encounter like this and take them out on a date another time, which almost always ends up in bed. So a little patience is required if you go down that road.
My regular haunt in Dubai is Rocky's (mezzanine floor Regent Place Hotel opp Burjuman. Directly above Rock Bottoms). Has the added attraction of eight pretty sexy Fili girls wearing not much more than bikinis in the two bands. The bands are pretty good IMHO. I have some pics I took recently and will post in the gallery soon. Also if nothing doing there it's a 10 minute walk to the golden triangle or Ratskys.
Other civilian Fili clubs worth a visit in Dubai include Marco Polo Hotel in Deira. Tiya Maria's at the Country Club Hotel, used to be great, though smaller, but that was last year and I hear it has gone downhill a bit since Ramadan. Will pop in soon and report back.
Jules always has a large "civilian" Fili presence around the tables in the seating area near the band as well as WGs. Good bands too. Picked up my last date there, but she turned out to be a disappointment. Win some lose some.

Nearly right Steamer :)....Blue bay and Colosseum both in Tourist Club area, Cheers is correct, Manila Bay in Emirates Plaza hotel, and try Tambayan in the Al Ain Palace hotel. But these are for Filipinas who have regular jobs and go to socialise etc. Few WGs but you can still chat to them
As for girls in malls I just smile say hi, speak with the waitresses, shop assistants...one lovely freebie that Steamer has met worked in a shoe shop......went there, saw her, bought some sandals and got her number. So it is possible but I would not ask them directly "how much"
And I can confirm that Steamer has a PhD in obsessive massively jealous Filipionas...i just shag them, be direct and get no crap, Steamer on the other hand....:)

PS for those of you interested will soon be meeeting 3 nurses...all Filipina, one a tad old for me (ie over 25) the other 2 are sisterd (21 and 23) and i am hoping they are lke Mandy and Chevvy...very bisexual.

The Tourist Club area was so ripped up when I was in Abu Dhabi in December that you couldn't get anywhere. I'll be back in AUH in a few days and give it an update, but I don't think anything has changed.
Given the construction Blitz is the best.

I left 2 weeks ago and the road works etc are still there and still a pain, some taxi drivers dont like to go there but they will. Even 49ers can be a slow drag at the wrong time of day... but worth the effort if you want to see various clubs in the capital
For Filipinas..the clubs noted below but as NG99 says Blitz is the best at the moment as no construction but you wont find Filipinas just PRC and African and many IMHO, cheap as they are ugly etc but each to his own flavour. So few Filipinas in AD in the clubs as WG (full time or part time) unlike Dubai
For Filipinas Sway97, the clubs mentioned in the earlier FR (but note my words below as there are a few but you need to look carefully) or you need to know contacts....PM if you want any more information

Whoa! "cheap as they are ugly" is little cold WR, my friend. But then everyone is entitled to their opinion.
The construction still is a mess. Pulled a nice PRC from Blitz late in the evening for 300AED. She said business is slow and from the number of ladies there late in the evening I can believe it. And yes, Blitz does have a full ration of 5's and 6's but 8's can be found.

Perhaps NG but I have never been a man who likes PRC or Africans....hence my bias for Filipinas :D But in general the talent in Blitz is not that fantastic as you said but the roadwoks around Al Salam Street make 49ers and some of the clubs in the Tourist Area a pain for traffic at times...so Blitz tends to be the favourite palce at the moment
I'm convinced that prices are down in Abu Dhabi.
Below I report pulling a nice PRC from Blitz for 300AED. I'll post a pic in the photo gallery so you can judge quality. It was a week night and past 2AM so I wasn't too surprised at the price.
However, the last two nights I also pulled nice PRCs from Blitz for 300AED between 10 and 11 PM. These were both girls that I knew. I was in the mood for BBBJCIM and these two are proven performers in that area. One of these ladies always tries for 400 but will do an early ST with me for 300 or a late LT for 300 after she scores a ST with someone else. The other one is a real hotty and routinely gets 500-800. We've known each other a long time and get along quite well. To my surprise she agreed to 300 LT as soon as I walked in the door, I didn't even have time for a beer. She's quite articulate and in our discussions she said business is really bad. UK guys who used to take her are increasingly unable to hit the 500-800 range where it was never a problem before. She believes it's the psychology of the world wide economic slump that just causes guys to want to be more conservative in spending.
Bottom line: If you look reasonable and are gentlemanly in your approach quality PRCs are available in Abu Dhabi for 300.

Al Ain Palace or Novohotel on Hamdan. Both are GF and have associated pubs with ladies.
After largely confining my mongering to Dubai, I find myself scheduled to stay in Abu Dhabi in the next couple weeks.
Having scanned this thread (obviously shorter than the Dubai ones) and a few others, I am seeing mixed signals about my reserved hotel (the Millenium, for which I got a surprisingly good rate). Is it red or is it green?
I had stayed before in 2006 at Royal Meridien across from the Millenium and the "in-house" pub (Illusions) is an interesting amenity to say the least, although the CIS gals did not really compare to the ones I'd seen and experienced in DXB.
While I've got the chance to switch, should I consider switching to the Crowne Plaza or Beach Rotana? They're cheaper but probably less nice places. Royal Meridien is more expensive than Millenium right now so I've ruled that out.
Other than Illusions, what would be the "consensus" best place to go, e. G., AD's rough equivalent of the old Cyclone in Dubai? I've been to Ally Pally, and was not really impressed but that was 4 years ago.

Plenty places to go mainly CIS, PRC and some Africans.
Illusions is very expensive especially at weekends and the entry charge is outrageous. During the week it can be quiet until 11pm or later
Crowne Plaza gets you closer to Blitz (in the Novotel – another hotel to consider) and of course you can visit Dana Hotel (for 49ers) or Le Meridien for Gauloises (more CIS territory). Again cover charge for the latter and 49ers. Beach Rotana is expensive and if on an unlimited budget go for that as a nice hotel – issue is the traffic around there due to the roadworks. But it is close to Gauloises and Dana (49ers)
Some WGS hang around outside Blitz as need help in entry….as they are not paying the monthly charge for free unlimited access to the management.
Where you is OK as opposite is Howard Johnson – top floor is another bar but quality is poor. Ally Pally around the corner from you and I agree IMHO [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140][CodeWord140][/url] poor PRC but if that rocks your boat go for it. But again a cover/entry charge
Filipinas….lots clubs but frequented by those that work in AD not WGs – for that you need contacts.
