I doubt this would help but in February Tijuana launched a new APP, "Buton Morado". It's basically a panic button on your phone that you press if you can't call the police and they use your phones location to send the police to your location. So it would of been interesting to see what happened if you used this against the cops. I guess in that situation the only down side would be the cops showing up and wanting money from you as well. LOL.

I might get hate for saying this but I think that foam pit area is disgusting.
