There are some here who are regular mongers and want good budgeted nights of reliable service x times a month. You know me well enough to know I'm a reasonable guy. I agree with you it's good to splash out 2 k for a hot babe on the rare occasion available. Unless one is a regular in MPs and has favs trying new MPs is difficult due to the inflated demands of tips for just a HJ, which is a complete mood breaker and would rather walk away. WG and CH I humbly and completely agree with you my long time friends and gurus.
I would also on a 'standard / usual' night or weekend would budget for 700-1000 (depending on weekend / weekday and nationality). Wingman and I already had that last weekend's 2 nights with 4 pakis at 800,700, 700, and 500 .

One thing I didn't see mentioned is that it's not only about the girls attitude, it's just as much about your attitude.
If you're being arrogant, don't expect the girl to be otherwise.
I always come with a smile, make them laugh a bit, flatter them some and stay humble. I have very few bad experiences with this except for some rushing to finish.

There are philly girls all over the place, they are as bored living there are rest of the people who work there. In my experience the third time is the when the best magic happens. The first meet is a bit of dance to knowing, the second is about some stuff which you wanted to do and did not the first time. From third time onwards it is all systems go!!
In bars if you speak to the girls as you would to any other, then you can get a fairly good idea on how the night will turn out.
