Yea my wingman didn't want to go to el centro. Next trip I got to visit. You learn with experiences. Most of it was me being comfortable in the apartment and ordering facebook take out.

Batam is not for everyone. It took me a while to understand how to move around, but now I feel like at home. And I take almost exclusively FLs.

I went to the San Diego area today after reading the report of Black Page, it took me a while to find the spot as I was looking around Carrera 43 b with Calle 33 like Black Page said, but I think he was mistaken because where I found the girls and girls was Carrera 50 with Calle 39 (and a 1 block radius of there-of). I had to have a bum show me where it is for a 3 mil tip as I would have never found it myself. Its just a few blocks from the metro station Exposiciones but not really near the actual shopping center.

So what I saw was a dimly lit area with a lot of parked trucks on the street and a few auto mechanic shops some of which were still open at around 8-9 pm. There were carts on the corners selling cigs and coffee and usual stuff.

I felt pretty safe walking around alone, it was mostly working folk sitting around drinking beer and coffee, with a few girls walking the streets, the younger ones huffing glue, the older ones smoking marijuana. I did not see anyone that looked threatening to me, 2 younger male glue sniffers glanced at me but I stared them down and they looked away and did not look again.

The prices are 20-30 mil but the problem is that there are no hotels nearby, just a crack house on the corner that rents a room for 12 mil but its disgusting just a room with a bed no bathroom no towel no nothing. Pretty sure none of you guys would dare step foot in a place like that but I felt adventurous so I went in, there was no safety issues but the place was the worst kind of crack house and they were smoking it right outside the door to the 1 single room.

Maybe it gets more crowded later in the night but I did not stick around past 9 pm as I did not see much action.

The name of the taxi driver was Diego. Unfortunately, he changed phone number so I could not contact him this time. We cruised a lot Medellin at night (30 k per hour). He brought me to see La Manzana. I can tell more about him.
