1. I am considering staying in Tijuana Monday-Wednesday (I want to avoid the weekend sausage fest). Will high quality girls be available in HK on these days of the week? If so, what time should I expect them to come out?

So the article seems to say that they are investigating the death of the American but video wasn't given to them from HK so it was closed.
I will answer per my experience.
1. I recently checked out HK on Tuesday and Wednesday. In my opinion the girls are still gorgeous. The quality of women may go up during the weekend. But if you want to avoid the crazy weekend crowds then during the week is good.
2. I recommend Rizo de Oro. Its newer & affordable hotel. You can take HK, Chicago, Tropical Bar, and street chicks there. Other hotels will charge you a bucket of beers if you keep a working girl over an hour. That gets expensive after a while.
3. You can pay the hotel in cash. I always make the reservation online to have the room ready to go. They will ask for ID to check-in. The rest you can pay in cash.
4. In my experience I have never been able to convince / pay a HK to give me a BBBJ. I am told they show the consequences of BBBJ during hooker training so the girls are scared straight. I also haven't had luck with street girls. And it isn't for lack of asking or providing more money. My go to for BBBJ is Chicago. I recommend a gir named Yanira she has braces. Dumb question maybe. Does anyone know why the girls in the street, the paraditas, don't work in one of the clubs and if they're safe?
