You are referring to what is know as the "steady barfine"; It works exactly how you describe.

It is nothing new to Angeles, it really is meant for a guy who meets a girl and wants her to be his steady girlfriend and take her out of the bar. The bar does have an "investment" in the girl and wants to be compensated. There are many who think this is pure BS and refuse to pay it. To each his own I always say...

Actually after I've had another get together with my friend, he told me that the girl will go back and work in the same bar after he's gone back, however when he's back in July, he'll go back to the same bar, get the girl and he wont pay 1 centavo. He will just pay the girl only.

It seems the chemist have added medication (filler) for Diabetics and it's reported that it's twice the suggested dosage.

Not worth the risk to buy off the street/bars and I would be cautious to by under the table from pharmacies or drug stores.

Do not fall into the trap of steady Barfine. It is a scam told by the girl so that she makes money as well as the bar. As far as I know if the girl leaves the bar in spite of signing to work cetain number of years it is not enforcable. Because of anti slavery law.

I showed your comments to my friend and he agreed with you 100%.

He told me that he got an email from her, telling him that she is actually against the idea of him paying the Steady Bar fine. She said that she will take the month off work in order to avoid paying the bar fine, of course the only thing is that they can't go bar hopping together in the bar she worked.

According to my friend, the 13,000 he was willing to pay for the steady bar fine, the girl wasn't to get a dime. All of the 13,000 go to the bar so the girl is actually doing him a favour.
