That didnt come out like I meant it to! Lol I did ask you if I was generalizing too much! I didnt mean to offend. In actuality, it is only like that in the minds of the Viet women, I think, because pretty much all of them desire to live in California! Its true.
Just arrived, took a family run hotel room at the 3rd floor. Its always easy to get a WIFI signal for my laptop.
Scrolling the streets with a map on my hands at 9pm. A motorbike with a young guy and amazingly beautiful girl stop and propose me to fuck the girl 4 10 dollar. This girl look like a little treasure so I have said OK but 4 10 dollar only.
They agreed. The guy got of his seat and the lady start to drive while I was at the back. After a moment I told her the name of my hotel but its seems she had a different agenda. Probably she tried to say she know some other place.
Since I just landed and not familiar with the risks nor the place I got off the bike and asked her to come to my place. As far I could understand she insist to go to her place with a broken English but with her exotic look ii understand the idea. She could be just perfect 4 my Canon EOS.
Anyone knows what was going to happen if I was stayed. Any risk?
Further more, I have notices that many ladies in the street are smiling to me which I didn't experience it in Bangkok.

First of all, if the deal is too good to be true, then most prob it's a scam. $10 for FS should immediately ring alarm bells. The prob scenario here, would've been that they were after your camera (which you prob had slung around your neck in full view).. They would've taken you to a pre determined scam hotel and had decoys ready to confuse you and then take your camera/wallet/phone etc... So consider yourself lucky.
I would say generally you will find that most Viet girls aren't into the photo thing. So busting out the camera at the start will either get you a NO or will attract thieves / scammers.

I took a walk around 8PM from "PHAM NGU LAO" area toward the city center.
I didn't spot any coffee shops packed with girls 4 sitting and socializing. Talking to a girl on a street? Well, I was too busy not to get killed by traffic. Its seems that all the nice girls are on their motorbike.

All of this is very true. And look closely at the motobike gals in decent light and they are not that great.

Without generalising or becoming patriotic they would all like live somewhere that they percieve as better than where they and with access to more money than what they have.
California may be high on the list because it has a good PR machine but if you wander through Viettown in LA there are plenty pining for home!
Since very few will achieve fame and fortune I think the truth is that many of them would be happier to be at home with a bit more disposable income than what they have now. Hang about for a few years.
But for now many are very happy to snuggle up to a westerner who is nice to them and has a little money.

About moving to the US
Many have misconception that money grows on tree there. Until they get there and all they can find are petty jobs, people are miserable as hell, and uncle sam makes them work for free four months out of a year. I used to live there until I have my vision restored.

Well, I certainly am in no position to say where they want to live. (If they're anything like the Thais, they'd prefer to live in their home country, supported by a "wealthy" westerner).
But, I did get the same response, 100% of the time, when asked where I was from.
"Amelica."
