Today I went to find this place at around 8.30 pm. Your directions were very clear up to 1st lane on to the right on Welikada road. But house you mentioned was on right hand side of the road, is it correct? Maybe you got it wrong there. Anyway place was closed. Next door uncle was there and he said office is closing at 5. 30 pm and they will be there till 7. 00 pm. You think I have found the correct place? It's 4th house on to the right and before that you get very small gate? And also tell me best time to go there.
If I am wrong please give right directions. Next door person doesn't know what's going on there and he said its an office.

You will need an introduction to 90-sha in order to get any service there. She only entertains known people and those introduced by them.
Her operation started getting unwanted attention from neighbours at the previous location and she relocated recently because of that. She wants to keep things discreet. So naturally you can't read info. On her operation here and just walk-in there. That would be a waste of time as you have already experienced.
The guy who gave you directions should also get you an introduction and then give you 90-sha's number. Otherwise he is not helping you.

This place is opposite a famous clothing store. Rooms are partitioned. Place looks a bit dirty. I went there few months back and entrance is Rs. 1,200/- and FS was 2,000/- Girls were not attractive. Don't expect hot chicks. Good luck!

Yes small mistake there, It should be right. So the corrected Direction should be, "When you enter in to Welikadawatte road just go in about 25 Meters. Then take the first lane on to the right.
