Pfizer amended the patent for ED treatment; that patent is set to expire in 2019. Pfizer was sued in the US courts. Pfizer won. Pfizer has a valid patent in the US. [/QUOTE]The catch here lie in the prevalent law in India. In the US the patent is granted for the product or the drug molecule to be precise. In India the patent & IPR laws grant a patent for the process, or the chemical reaction followed to produce the molecule. If the exact same molecule can be produced by another process then it is considered a perfectly legal drug. One reason why medication in India is so cheap.
That said, it is very hard to produce an exact replica because every molecule produced always has trace impurities which end up causing undesired side-effects. Else, every other kid with a home lab would be cranking out Viagra.

Usually bar girls do not really know who fertilized them. Impregnation is not the same as fertilization! Also it is extremely common for bar girls to make such claims against foreigners as a way of pressurizing support / marriage. ALWAYS DNA test first as often it is just a scam.
