Found this on the internet today.
Went over to the Pestana last night and found a couple of girls looking but didnt choose because prices too high and wanted money up front so last minute went to dolce vita, pickings werent too bad, found a nice Paulista in town mature and hot.

Good beef in Argentina and Brazil.
I spend a lot of time in SA. On my first trip at least 15 years ago locals told me I would love their meat. They said their beef was superior to USA beef because it was all grass fed. To me that was interesting. I grew up in the midwest were we had a common way of raising our beef for the table. I won't go through the feeding cycle but at about 900 lbs and 3-4 months before butcher the steers were held in a coral for low activity and fed corn. The corn provides the marbling. To consumers in the USA this is the taste we love. Looking at a ribeye steak before grilling the more marbling the better. In Argentina and Brazil this marbling jest isn't there. There steaks are tender but not up to the quality of a USA steak.
