Mik, I think you are very unlikely to find a FS MP in the city. I never have. Much more likely in the outlying area where rules are 'relaxed' somewhat. I'd guess near a big road heading south or north out of the city. Thu Duc? Maybe. Or go south past Phu My Hung into Nha Be or Binh Chanh County. I never have. You should have paid her for the 10 minutes at least. The fact that she wanted you to finish showed that she was scared of something other than you. That something as Johndao pointed out is most likely the pimp who fucked her up that day for coming up short.

You should have quit while you were ahead and stopped using her services at the first indication that she was getting less than enthusiastic about you rooting her hole.
