You might just have to pay a few hundred Peso to get them to your room. Bars are around Mango and I've done them once, but I generally prefer the FL route, and if I find a good one, I'll hang on to her for a few days. I've never had a disappointing time in Cebu really, and in Feb, I found one of my best results ever after multiple, multiple visits.

You mentioned picking up FL in Cebu city. I have booked a couple of days in ABC hotel Cebu city. Can you explain where are the FL mostly found in Cebu city.

Personally, and most recently, I've had really good luck just visiting the Ayala Mall near the terraces without even trying. Just look like a 'poreigner' and they'll come to you.

If you'd prefer not to look like a desperate outsider going up and down the escalators waiting for a FL to pounce, best bet would be Pina Love. Your phone should 'ping' with local FL options if you have the location turned on in the app. Once they ask to message off-app and on WhatsApp, you'll most likely be then dealing with a FL.

Otherwise, sniff around Mango like the guys have mentioned and I'm sure you'll find something.

On a multitude of travel vids they say pinays jump all over the poreigners in Cebu!

It sounds so easy. Like you pretty much just stand there and they will come. There will be a line up, and all the pinays will have to take a number and wait their turn to see you.

Arrived in Cebu the other day, got a room at my favorite hotel ABC, had dinner together with the GF at Desert Factory, and oddly enough we were served by the waitress that I fucked a month ago, and she was wearing the shoes that I bought for her. Her attitude was neutral, not overfriendly, nor aggressive, she smiled when was out of my GF's view. As I said before, GF considers it cheating if not vetted by her, so I was glad that I didn't had to do any explaining. .

If you're not desperate, and have time, you don't need to go nowhere, downstairs is a new cafe fully packed with students, so packed that you need to wait for a seat, but that may be a great opportunity, as you can ask a cutie sitting alone if the seat is taken. The quality of girls has declined like everywhere else, now the majority are young and plump, but there are some skinny ones in the mix also. We were there for one full day only, and with problems to solve, so not to much free time on hands for socializing.

I saw some guys hunting outside, but they were mainly watching the hordes of students crossing the street without much interaction. Guys don't be shy, start with something "job" related, like where to print something, then ask for help doing it, etc, they will not come to you first, need to initiate.

Second day GF went to take an exam for some idiotic PH certification, and when she returned and got out from the taxi there was a guy that looked like me and was dress like me, sitting on the planter's wall, smiling at her, and she thought that was me, she went straight for him, but when was in his face she realized that's not me, and she backed up, the guy was kind of lost and didn't say nothing. That wouldn't had lead nowhere anyway, but I'm just saying that now I have the scoop from the other side also, and guys don't take the opportunity even when thrown in front of them.

I'll write another report about what I did while she was doing academia stuff.

While GF was struggling with the exam, I went straight to the massage place where I was a month ago (again I forgot to look up above the door for the name if it was Chuva or Sandia) and asked for J, the receptionist recognized me, probably because I tipped her well before, and usually nobody else does, and she told me that J never returned to work after the day she was with me. Luckily for me she went back to the shop to finish her shift after me that day, otherwise they may had some other ideas. Who knows, maybe all she was missing to start a new life somewhere else was the 2 k that I paid her, or somebody wifed her, or she got hit by the bus, No pretty masseuses were available, so I took off, after tipping the receptionist 100 P for good future references.

The OJTs on my floor in the hotel were all boys this time, so nothing to dream about there, therefore I decided to take a look in the Ayala mall, just for the kiks.

I took a walk around all the terraces from the ground up to the top at The Social. Lots of girls everywhere, got 5 phone nrs in 1 hour, I kept only one from 2 girls that were selling some sort of membership in front of Starbucks dressed in green uniforms, possible future 3 some when alone in Cebu. Up in The Social even that was early afternoon, I spotted 2 pros, and I talked to one of them, very good looking, so good that I was afraid she's a LB at first, she wanted 5 K until late at night, expensive, and was not the case since I was only wasting time and probing the availability in the mall.

GF called, she was finished with the exams, and was having late lunch at another mall with a girlfriend, I saw the pics, and told her to bring her in for a fuck, she replied that she's fat, but I said to get her anyway because she had a cute face, like Miss Philippines from few years ago, kind of Arabic looking.

Later she came to the hotel empty handed (when she confused the lookalike poriner with me) and told me that after she curved the discussion to the sex life and she kind of convinced her friend at first jokingly, then seriously that she'll lend me to her for a test drive, two other colleagues that she met at the exam, a girl and a gay guy, spotted them in the food court and joined in, hijacking the conversation, and everything failed apart, the 3 of the leaving together in a taxi going the opposite direction.

Observation: all the young filipino boys in their 20-30's that I saw in the mall where all fat and pale with Korean haircuts, so is not only the girls that are changing shape.

PhilJoy? Others?
