As a regular visitor to Singapore there is a need to add a little to what Drfel has said.

Orchard Towers has five floors of bars. The filipinas are mostly in the basement and tend to be less commercial than the smorgasboard on the other floors. Sunday afternoon is the tea party where you will find off work maids.

Most of the other bars with girls are Buy-me-drink bars - places like duxton and Paramount. Here the gals are contracted to the bar and make money from overpriced ladies drinks while they entertain you. Afterwork is up to you.
