The link is for Gazcue area map. El Penthouse and not la mansion is the place that is on Caonabo st, the street that is parallel to Bolivar Ave., not far from malecon area. La Mansion is just a minute outside the airport and is the place with a pool on premises. You can see Caonabo St. on the north area of map.
This map is good, zoom in and out, move east, west ect and you can see specific locations of restaurants, hotels, drugstores etc.

Dr. Delgado st. is not far from la Casona Dorada hotel.

How was it? Is Mansion off the highway on the service road, has a large painting of a woman on the outside wall?
I wanted to thank all you posters here for sharing information about DR. I read back to 2007 to get the feel of the land and how its changed. I don't have anything new to add to the veterans postings here so if you are looking for new gems this is not the report. However if you are going for the first time maybe this will help you.
I stayed at Hotel Mystik, really never left that block. I was only there for a few days. I arrived early evening on Thursday and started drinking Presidente in the cab on the way to the hotel. Checked in at the hotel with no problems shown to the rooms which were clean and spacious. Nice big bathroom and a table with chairs, safe and mini fridge and cold air condition for $50 night.
This place sits next to Girls house on Pastuer, which is a pretty busy street. We sat out in front of the hotel and had to deal with the street hawkers and kids wanting money every 10 minutes, but also was able to see the ladies coming and going from Girls and Sky, in there street clothes, as well as the "gazelles" passing by, some of which were available.
After a few Presidente lights and some food from the corner restaraunt we ventured in Girls house. We were quoted 2500 pesos for two hours back at the hotel before we went in. Once in, the place was really dark and we went to the bar to get a beer, 250 pesos I believe, then the girls all lined up, about 30 I would say. There was no lack of attractive girls, my buddy picked one and was gone in five minutes. I was talking to a girl next to me that spoke english. She was 22 about 5'1 110 pound spinner, but no boobs to speak of. I was just asking some general questions about how things worked but I was unable to get rid of her once I began talking to her. She was cute, we could communicate easily and she said she would do everything I asked her. When I went to the bartender to pay, he said 3500 pesos for the girl. I explained I had been told 2500 and he agreed, so we were off. As happens, once we got to my room the girl started talking a different story, don't touch here, etc. I felt like I was back in the USA! She did provide BBBJ and covered service but it was not fun, just mechanical. I finished off she dressed and asked for a tip to which I declined. I saw her to my door let her go about her way. Not a good first experience, but I knew that at the bar, should not have ever left with her. I mark it down to experience and on to the next.
Next day we went to Sky bar and I picked a 24 year old with a nice thick body. She spoke english enough to answer my questions, so I paid the 2500 pesos to the lady at the door and we were off. She was about 5'7 145 with a really nice shape. She had one kid and her body was still nice. She took a shower and so did I, then to the action. She asked me if I want BJ with or without the condom, I said without of course and she proceeded to get things going. This was what I would call GFE experience with nothing off limits and a good time had. She stayed for the entire two hours, I managed two pops and I gave her a $20US tip since she was such a dramatic change from the previous girl. I believe she said her name was Jayla, long dark straight hair about to her waist, medium skin tone, just really nice looking from head to toe.
The next day it was time to sample the street action. After having watched for a while and speaking with some it seemed the going price was 1000 to 1200 pesos. I think it was around 10pm an attractive girl came through she didn't speak any english but we managed. One of the other guys at the hotel said he had her earlier in the week and she was good. I offered her 1200 pesos and she agreed. Have to check in at the front desk, they make a copy of the girls ID and off to the room. She was fun had a great attitude a tight body just really nice all around chica, she was Haitian, 5'4 120 lbs. Went to the room, showered and off to the races, BBBJ then covered in several positions. I gave her the 1200 pesos and she was off. Walked her down to the front desk and outside. Took my position in front of the hotel to see what happens next. Another girl passes by and my partner picks her up. She goes by Daisy, a very light skinned girl with a really nice butt. He takes her up to his room for deed. He does not return but she does. She sits down and starts talking to me and another monger. It's 2am at this point and she offers to go to my room for 1000 pesos for the evening. I say sure and we are off to my room. Once she took her clothes off the ass was good but the boobs looked like someone took a needle and suck all the good stuff out. We take showers then on to another BBBJ and multiple positions. After hanging out for a while I am almost asleep and she says, baby I need a tip to stay the night. I ask why she says, to stay the night. I explain that she said she was staying already when she came to the room. She just laughed and smiled. Then she asked if I wanted her to stay the night, I told her I didn't care if she did or not, to which she frowned and said Really? . I told her to vamos, no propina and showed her out. I wasn't going to be able to sleep with her there anyway and I didn't want to repeat so that was my chance to get rid of her.
That was it for me. I had a good time, it was too short of a visit, but it was a good first trip to test the waters so to speak. Of course, a lot more happened than I am writing here, but nothing out of the ordinary from the reports that are here to read.
I would recommend Santo Domingo for a new guy. I never felt unsafe and was able to get by knowing little to know spanish.

Good report. I believe Mystik is underrated. Ok, there are stalkers and such outside, once they know you they don't disturb you. Rooms are nice with porno and breakfast, you sit on the bar or outside in front of hotel and you are going to receive lot's of eye contact and request's from girls, and this is 24/7. Most clients are short term so you are going to see guys coming in and out with girls every time, make eye contact with the girl you like and the probability of get that girl after she finished with the guy is high. I rented a room for short term twice on my last travel and never heard street noise so you can sleep tight. They have a record of every girl that works in any Santo Domingo casa just in case they forgot their id they check the list or call the casa if the girl is not on the list.
About Girls House and Sky House your report adds to the statitics that proves that it is more probable to get GFE from a Sky House than a Girl's House babe. My rank on GFE for houses I have been (and still exist) is: 1) Casa Azul 2) Casa Modelos 3) Sky House 4) GBP 5) La Parada 6) Girls House 7) Casa Teresa. I do not include Lapsus on this ranking because the girl I chose from there it was like a decade ago but was very GFE. Prettiest girls were from Casa Teresa but it is hard to get GFE there. Street girls, El Conde girls and internet hired girls also are very likely to provide GFE. Talk to the girl before hiring her and you are going to get an idea if the girl is going to provide gfe or not. For the same $50, stay at one of the nearby places instead then spend as much or as little time as you want sitting in front of the Mystik. Why? Face it, the place is a magnet for touts, mercenary girls, and much worse. YMMV but people staying there are targets and if I were a journalist working on a story about sex tourism who needed a photo to illustrate the story, I would snap a picture of the gringos sat in front of Mystik. Only my opinion but think of it like this. If you want a beer, you reach into the refrigerator and get it then you get on with your life, you don't jump inside to drink it. Only my opinion.

It is a couple of streets east of the Penthouse, near the northeast corner of Privada and 27 de febrero. You can get there by guagua, OMSA bus, or carro publico (not recommended). Just ask the bus or taxi driver to let you off at "Privada." It rhymes with "colada" as in "pina colada"
It's a well known Dominican place since the mid 90s that caters to the middle class of ensanche Quisqueya and El Million. THey go there because it's a little off the beaten track and they are not likely to run into their neighbors. You never know what you will get as a choice of girls. It varies from hour to hour literally but they have been recruiting pretty heavily in recent months. It is easy to find because there is a big white #7 painted on the front of the place. It is on the second floor and you enter via a front exterior staircase. The neighborhood is pretty safe but as always be careful after dark.

Repoting that the GBP is alive and kicking, still going rate for RD$1500 full service, RD$150 the beer at the bar. About 10 girls, rating from 7-8's floting around until you ask them to approach.

My original response states very clearly EXACTLY where the place is located. Privada (north/south) and 27 de febrero (east/west) intersect. The *****house is no more than three buildings north of the northeast corner of the Privada/27 de febrero intersection.
Privada is east of the Penthouse. I don't know that name of that street but if you call the Penthouse (phone number appears in their newspaper ads) they will tell you. Penthouse is on the top floor of a strip mall very near the northwest corner of 27 de febrero. It's near the plaza de la bandera and the APEC university, as well as Berlitz.

Your description of the location of Pussycat Club is good, thank you. Appears El Penthouse may be located on Ave. Caonabo, which is near Apec on the google map.
