Just to echo a few points you make.
1. The LU in these clubs changes sometimes quite quickly so that it is hard to recommend one in particular, but Verena is currently well regarded.

3. The price for sessions is low. It can be as low as 30 euros fro 25 minutes, but the entrance fee of up to 30 euros is really a rip off as there is usually no food. Hunger is the main reason I need to leave the clubs. Facilities are minimal if one is looking for more than a shower, sauna, and cold drink or coffee.

My ' tour guide' I had on an initial trip asked one girl at one club if the preferred finish for his friend was ok as I didn't know any of the ones there and he knew them all and came down to ' a friend of yours is good to go' basically. Now I have a Queen in each main club and although I agree it is good to clarify services first I think in some cases once known no need. The girls all know each guy just like at Day Care.
Your second point is very true about who they know and that comes down to not just the men who start them once they find the man or see a girl down the street with a nice car but the girls and thru the girls and others it is clear now the path many of these girls take as they say in TX ' farm to market' for the old roads before the highways were built. The pimps of mainstream and AO Clubs are also friends. Massive network and very intricate of how these girls end up in which clubs.
On another note I should have hit the NRW a year or two ago and many thanks to some guys like East Going, Wanking, Trip2 gomont, Vito and one unnamed American as well as yourself for that matter in providing great info here and privately in some cases that helped prepare my plates with no gummi bears in my diet.
Based on the half a dozen or so trips up there some just a day or two I find the Damen of the Dortmund LU to be a great one ' top to bottom' but the Gypsies of Gelsenkirchen has one of my Achilles heels working there (you know the other one) and somehow one got my number and didn't ask for money (yet, am sure that is coming based on her history) simply ' When you come back fuck me. ' :D I think in one post some guy referred to the ' Bamboo Network' in Thailand but the Gypsy network is quite fast itself. I have often checked my phone after a session or a day only to find a Gypsy ask me ' How was such and so'; they seem to know who I fuck, when I fuck and how much I paid quicker than I can have a post sex smoke, shower and check my phone! However the tradeoff is great referrals which made Arabella great as I knew the ' ringleader' of the girls in advance to make the first session, rest was all downhill after her.

Not sure if it is the same one or not but a Mariana was spotted at Arabella the other day and my friend went with her for the hour so rushing was not an issue but maybe a different one. Yesterday three of them who were in clubs two days ago were ' moved' to another one. They seem to locate and relocate often esp now as the club owners ferry them around to stay staffed.

Owners also moved some down to Leverkusen; about 50% of their staff last week was ' imported' due to closures and holidays girls were on as Christian G points out. And as always Optimist; the locals even if in neighboring countries do know best being the real ' boots on the ground' so up to date info from them via WhatsApp or email group chains are very beneficial up in the NRW (Dietz is easy) given the nonstop movement however as the visits and journeys continue seems each time to each club brings more familiar faces and service never an issue.
My first stop was to Villa Venus. Had to see if Elena and Larissa were as good as I remembered. I got there a little after 11 am. Parking was a huge pain as every spot on the street was taken. I ended parking a long walk away. Not a huge deal. I could use the exercise. Rang the bell and was let in. Quick shower and back upstairs to check out the lineup. I recognized Maria, Emma, and Ina from previous visits. There were a few other girls there, but I didn't know their names.
After a few minutes, Elena sat down on one of the couches farthest from the door. I immediately went and sat next to her. She recognized me from a couple of months ago.
