Recently, I tried to activate my SA account which was lying inactive since a long time, but I was not able to login and I sent a mail to customer care, and they informed me that my acc is inactivated due to suspected activity, Then I created a different account and tried to login and again that same thing happened that my account could not be activated, what so ever multiple accounts I can create.

I guess they are tracking your IP address of your mobile number, and even they are storing our credit card detail also, I had one of my friend account and I tried to activate the subscription from my credit card, but again they got to know and suspended his account also. I got the reason that I had negotiated in price with them on some chat, and I don't remember that.

I am left without SA.

Just want to know if my ISG members can help for some good SA contacts in Mumbai. I am going to Mumbai tomorrow. Budget is 20 to 25.

Now I received email from them to submit ID and photos.

I had created account just to check out the site, had not even decided to even subscribe for the premium subscription.

I am not sure I want to give them my ID document.

ID is not required for creating an account or taking a premium subscription. If you have created multiple ids then this question may come.

Yes, they track IP and are able to track multiple accounts I faced the same problem when one account got suspended.
