Ok, that intel is probably too old to apply today. But the most current intel I can give you is I have walked past that bar and Kasalong Bar next door many times every week at all hours including the Midnight hour and the 5PM hour for more than 5 years and I have never seen a customer walking out of either one with one of their girls dressed in her regular street clothes. Not in the hour before the end of each shift and not even after the bars officially close. So if there is an option to take one of those girls out of the bar during her regular work hours it appears to be a rare occurrence for some reason. It is probably because the cost-benefit just doesn't make sense. Getting their Line info and seeing one before or after their shift is a different matter, of course.

I took three out from Kasalong and another two from Lollitaz. Just met them after work. No barfine paid. Of those five, one stopped working and another changed shops but they both still contact me.

So it comes down to the shop's policy, the connection you make with the girl and if she feels ok about breaking the rules. As so often is the case what's in it for her may be what makes up her mind.
