I really had a bad taste in my mouth from this shop. If you go, just know that you will have to upsell to something. The prices are high too, compared to what you can get just around the corner. I guess they just prey on tourists that really don't know.
That being said. If I was new to BKK and I was in the mood for sex and I didn't know what else was available, I probably would have paid the 2000 or 3000 and had a good time.

You jogged my memory now and were right to question the location. Nang Seeda Spa & Massage is in fact between the steps and the up escalator at Exit 4 at BTS Nana station, not Exit 1 as I said before.
The same elevator option and Family Mart mention still applies. But you have reminded me of the correct Exit at that BTS station for that particular shop. It is Exit 4, not Exit 1.
