Hate to be pessimistic here but the emerging scenarios do not seem good to me. Some countries have much greater infections than others so there's possibility of restrictions of those countries. I have made up my mind that I would not be seeing FKKs or other favorite destinations until summer of 2022. I may actually take a vacation from ISG for a while next year. I just don't feel comfortable travelling with this thing in the air and will venture abroad when there is no need for mask wearing etc. and there is no more talk of this wretched virus.
I'm with you on this. I had planned to take 2020 off, so no sweat. But, I had originally planned to return to "the circuit" in 2021. At this rate, I just don't see that happening. We can't expect wide distribution of a vaccine in the United States at least until very late spring to summer 2021. And that's just if things go well. There is no guarantee that they will. Especially with the "orange one" making things difficult for the incoming administration. And who knows when other countries in need will get it? Although, I believe that countries like Germany and Brazil are going to be upfront. The more I think about this, the more I see 2022 as the earliest possible year of my return to mongering abroad.

I agree, looks impossible to travel till the end of summer 2021, unless Boeing lets us take joy rides on 737 Max test flights across the Atlantic LOL. But I am not ruling out the fall of 2021 just yet.
I agree that the lack of a safety net is a major deterrent for many people in the USA To spend more freely on luxuries, including purchasing commercial sex. Medical costs, including dental and even veterinarian bills, can be so large that many feel the need to save, save, save in case something disastrous happens.
Despite higher incomes and lack of safety net, Americans do not seem to be big savers: https://data.oecd.org/natincome/saving-rate.htm.
According to this article, Americans were savers a few decades ago. It proposes some theories as to why that is not the case anymore: https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2016/04/why-dont-americans-save-money/478929/.
The hard part of the equation is providing a proper safety net without destroying incentives.
If people were receiving 80-90 percent of their last income, then I could envision that destroying incentives to re-enter the labor market, but 60 percent, not so sure. And if I understand correctly, that 60 percent is capped at 6900 EUR, so a high-earner who was making 25000 EUR month would only get 6900, which is not anywhere near 60 percent: https://www.brutto-netto-rechner.info/arbeitslosengeld-I-rechner.php.
I think most probable time will be late summer or autumn 2021, personally, I am looking to December 2021 though, I think vaccine won't be give to most till sometimes in summer 2021! I mean it is vaccine for whole world, plus I let everyone else take it and I won't take it myself if I can!
Given the scope and amount of damage this pandemic has caused, I don't think any of us who want to travel abroad are going to get away with not taking a vaccine. I can see us having to show proof in our little yellow vaccination booklets or something. I even see the vaccine being imposed upon us domestically. Like your kids can't attend school until you show proof they've had the shot. We already do this for other communicable diseases.

Hessen
I hear globe, artemis, nrw clubs and so on, but I hear no news from hessen and I am beginning to worry about the situation for the club like palace, which will be closed for a year in few months time! Can business like FKK sustain after forced closure for a year?
Palace is not big club, so employees they had must have been limited, but they just had renovation etc, so cashflow must be limited!
