I joined this forum six years ago because I wanted to learn all about Thailand as a mongering destination and potential retirement location. Now, I'm fortunate enough to be living that dream, and it's largely because of all the valuable information shared here by posters like yourself and many others, some of whom are long gone now due to the petty hecklers and jerks who have taken their place.

Those who are interested in knowing what Thailand is like; what they are likely to see on the streets; the sights; the hustle; the street vendors; the people; especially the beautiful young slim Thai girls dressed to the nines who can be seen going about their daily lives in public; your photographs reveal it all, and with class.

You don't invade their privacy. You don't show their faces. You just give us a wonderful glimpse of their presence everywhere while at the same time respecting their dignity. I, and many others here, I'm sure, thank you for that, Fon Tok. You and your photographs add a special dimension to the Thailand forum.

Your pictures are far more enlightening and informative about Thailand, the people and the women of Thailand, than all of the naked spread-eagle-crotch shots, cum glazed faces, and dick buried in asses contributions put together in my humble opinion.

The Expat part of the forum is dead, exiled to a completely different forum where it has been rotting ever since for lack of use. That sorry situation is all because a bunch of new crybabies complained to Jackson that OTH and a few others expressed opinions which hurt their tender feelings.

So eventually we lost OTH, who contributed great stuff to the board along with many others who just got sick and tired of the bitching, moaning and crying from newcomers who, by-the-way, contributed nothing. He was grumpy but entertaining and plenty worthwhile. He really was an old Thai hand who knew what he was talking about.

We enjoyed a lot of great discussions among the expats before the split. There are no longer many discerned gentlemen here who are interested in quality discussions and photographs, like Fon Tok's, which can be appreciated for their real value.

Giotto, for example, still pops up refreshingly now and then, but was chased away to his own forum, which is the kiss of death here, by a bunch of sorry assholes bitching about his promotion of the Lodge. They didn't give a crap about his valuable contributions and the fact that his Lodge is a REAL value all things considered.

The rest of the forum has been watered down with new threads and new boards because of complainers who wanted every massage parlor to have its own thread and every topic to have its own board.

The only reason I'm still here is mostly habit, I guess, and the fact that every now and then someone drops a pearl into the mix of stupid questions and inane drivel, and, oh yes, horrible photographs of hideous looking girls which would make any self respecting monger avoid Thailand like the plague.

It's nice to have you back because you have always been one of the contributors; one with an attitude, and that is always entertaining.

For me it was the mental anguish involved with trying to placate them while butterflying. No way will I ever stop doing that. I had a lot of very pretty ones; young ones too, and free sex, but it wasn't worth the price. Sooner or later they can get mean and when that happens it almost always ends badly.

My hat is off to guys like Mr. E. Who can juggle them all in the air without getting burned.

Your many photos that were shot in the streets always have been a pleasure to look at. You have a well cultured technique and a good view for beauty. I have admired all your contributions, that are second to nothing and much more stimulating than the bad quality photo shot with a mobile phone.

When members like to present their contributions with detailed anatomic / gynecologic photos they should take care of good photographic quality.

In conclusion: I will miss your artistic contributions. Please let us share from your capacity in the future.

Enough about the photographs. Can we move on and do what we are supposed to do. Write about our experiences.

I will take the initiative and Mr. Bowerboy don't be jealous cause I scored another one for free.

I have met this girl at Thilovelinks. Com and I have been chatting with her through skype and sms for almost a month. She owns a pub in some Thai area in partnership. This Friday night around 10 I got her sms saying that she is going to Q bar and if I want I can join her. I text her back I will be there around 11:30.

Guys When ever I am in BKK I always stay at sukhumvit soi 11, I simply love this street and thanks to the discount card provided by hotel my entry to Q bar and Bed club is free.

So I again got message from her around 11 saying that she is there and waiting for me up stair at open bar. I just took the shower and went there. She was sitting alone and drinking wine. I asked her why she alone she replied that her 2 friends will be joining her later. We were drinking and having a good talk around 12:30 two of her female friends also joined us. Both of them were fashion designers and partners in Business. All of us were having a good conversation and enjoying our drinks (Kindly note that till this point I didn't paid for their drinks). Around 1 to charge up the atmosphere I orders tequila shots for every 1 (I Paid for that) after 10 min my friend (PUB owner) order another round of shots around 1:30 we moved down and few more drinks and dancing followed. It was perfect evening. Good company (3 beautiful girls) , good conversation, good drinks, good music and some dancing. Around 3 light of Q bar turned on and it was time to go. We decided to eat at soi 11 itself. There is one restaurant at the starting of the soi 11 just next to DOSA King sign board its open 24X7 I don't remember the name, the fashion designer girls took us there. Food was good.

After food we decided to call of the night so the fashion designers girls took the taxi and left. My girl's car was parked out side Q bar so we walked there. When we reached the car I asked her is he sure she can drive because she was bit drunk. She told me that she is bit drunk so she will drive slowly. I offered her that she can rest at my hotel and can go back home in morning because its not safe to drive when dunked. To my surprise she took my offer and we parked the car at my hotel parking which was hardly 100meters from there and then moved to my room.

She was fun in bed. We had a good time. She woke me up at elven and told me that she has to rush because she got a review meeting of the staff at 1 in noon. She took the bath and I escorted her to the car. We hugged and said good bye. After an hour I got a text from her saying that she has reached and thanked me for everything.

Was the Topless Beer Bar once the "Playboy Club" years and years ago? If so I had my initiation in the mongering scene in the back where the girls where. They also, back then, had live sex shows on the stage.

I live in the Philippines and only get to LOS a couple of times a year, with one of those times coming up later this week. I used to lurk on this forum prior to trips to pick up information on the latest scene. However, I'm sick of the bars, not at all into the Go Go scene, and massage parlors have nothing new to show to me. Hoping to glean some information on new places, or at least some that remained undiscovered for me, I've read back several pages prior to making the trip. Without intending to flame anyone, it doesn't seem to me that there's nearly as much information here as I remember a few years ago. Guess I'll have to launch a voyage of self-discovery.
