Heading to Taipei in few days, planning to call up one of the local "tea shops" as soon I'm settled in. I'll check with the tea shops to see if they're okay with foreigners. If anyone wants to get together for some holiday fun let me know, I'll be in town for 3 weeks. Planning to check out SC, any advise on where to find the touts?
I was just there to see my "lao pou" Yu Qing but she hates that term ;-P
Finding touts is fairly easy, go the park where all the shacks used to be and you will be approached fairly quickly by old men and even older women on mopeds. Now if that doesnt scare you then they will take you(on the back of the moped) to any number of apts were the girls now work from. Like I reported earlier, prices and times are the same.
Had a 3 session with Yu Qing and we were both surprised the time went so quickly. This could be the beginning of something dangerous....
Good luck and look forward to your reports.

Thanks for the info Rag. Is the triangle park everyone's referring to the one on the right side of the bridge as you're heading into SC? I don't have a moped or car in Taiwan, so I'm planning to take the MRT to the train station, then cab or bus over the bridge. On Google maps I can see a triangular park to the right (looks kinda far), and there's a temple one block down?

It will take you over the bridge, first stop over the bridge then cruise down the main strip.
Good luck!

Thats pretty much correct. The area is run down now (not that it was the Las Vegas strip at its best times) and there are sometimes police and plain clothes hanging around so do exercise caution. You should be approached relatively quickly, and if you are not afraid of it, taken on the back of a moped.
Good luck.

Can anyone recommend some short term motels near Tienmu I can call Yuki from?

I know of a few since I live around there but I understand they are regularly raided. My advice is to ask Yuki to recommend a place. I do that with my provider since they have their ear to the ground when it comes to LE activity near their area.
If you want to risk it, there is one about half a block from Takashima.

Anybody invited Yuki girls into their homes? Rag, you did this a while back, didn't you? Are they ok coming (low key) and going (as soon as finished)?

I'd recommend against, for 3 reasons:
1. Sometimes the girls will really look like streetwalkers. If your neighbors or resident security guard see her, you may quickly become the subject of whispers & such.
2. Yuki's operation is run by the mob, which also runs other unsavory side businesses, largely unchecked by LE. Thus, if you have issues with the girl or the overall service, and the disagreement goes far enough, you're in a bad spot.
3. When Yuki's girls are called to the hotels, some clients have reported that the girls sometimes show up unannounced the following day, either knocking on the room door or waiting for their 'John' in the lobby. You don't want these girls coming to your home unannounced.
Rag has his own experience, and uses his own judgment, so I'm sure he will chime in. But in the end it is all about probabilities and odds. Just because it works out fine the first 5-10 times doesn't necessarily mean it is worth the risk.
You would never catch me bringing one of these girls 'home.'

That is what I needed to hear and good advice.
Shit, I don't feel like going out.

Short time hotels
Can anyone recommend some short term motels near Tienmu I can call Yuki from?
Taipeh is packed with many small hotels, some maybe in the 7th floor or so, of an normal office building. ALL the smaller hotels offer the room for whole night or for "rest" or in Chinese?
Just go in and ask the reception. Cost is around 300twd for low class hotel until around 800 for real good one with porn tv channel etc.
You can stay around 3-4 hours in the room. Enough time for a yuki girl.
I usually check in first, than call yuki, relax a bit maybe take shower already until the girl will arrive.
Sometimes I tell my wife I will go shopping in sogo dep. Store with her. In the shop we split. She is going for cloth etc and I am going to see "electronic" etc. And we agree to meet in about 3 hours in the sogo restaurant upstairs.
Opposite sogo (the "green" from outside sogo), there is a short time hotel (7th floor) where I just go over order the girl and 2-3 hours later I will be back in sogo meet my wife and tell her shopping makes me really tired.
Enjoy,
Greetings

haha, here is me "chiming"
I do agree with Houziwang, there are many risks. Some care and forethought can be taken to eliminate much of them but you cannot totally get rid of it. One major advantage to taking them home is that LE will very, very unlikely raid a private residence. So with that I have been able to ask some of the more "exotic" girls to come, and yes some of them dress like streetwalkers (but then again dress codes in Taiwan vary wildly) but luckily no one saw them come or go.
ironically some of my favorite regulars will NOT come to my apt, so oddly enough many of the WGs who come only do so once and I usually never see them again.

Sweet TJ, you are really bold. Of course my wife would NEVER let me walk around my own for three hours. I have to tell her I am going in for OT in the office, then either go to SC or a hotel for a quick poke.
