Usually I stay on floor where you do not need key to access that floor.

I assume that's how it works and mongering is an activity which always carries risk. I won't suggest to use a fake ID and get into bigger issues.

From experience, 80% of people who put fake photos is likely overplaying their looks. The other 20% does it for privacy reasons however weeding out the 80% non-lookers is a pain in the ass.

I once met a man who handles some of these high class escorts in India (mostly Mumbai and Delhi). We wouldn't more than 1 lac even for TV actresses & known models.
There are a large number of attractive women (as good looking as any GPS girl) available in Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore who will do it for max 25 k. I'm satisfied with what I get for 15 k.
Please don't even entertain demands above this.

Delhi you have many hotels where you can have the girl come up to you room without the access cards. But most of the 5 stars will need access for her to come up.
Its always safe that she goes to the reception and then come up or you go down and then bring her up.
SA I feel that is the best thing to do, Rest to each his own.

I usually book for 2 and tell them I may a have a friend joining later. 5 stars won't make any hassle.
But if you are meeting the girl for first time I would suggest go and pick her up from lobby without check in or see her in Lobby and then ask her to go to your room (if you feel awkward walking with her in lobby).
I was once set up by a trans pretending to be a young girl in Delhi SA (no offence meant to anyone). Good that I didn't give her the room no. And came to lobby to pick her up. Saw from little distance all the manly features and little beards. It would have been a walk of shame. I was uncomfortable and took a u turn back to my room. Compensated her next day by virtual gift card for the travel hassle.
Once you know the girl or are confident because of any friends review. Call her directly to the room or floor which does not require key card and pick her from there.
Time to activate the SA membership again!
Normally, I ask the girl to check in. My logic:
1. It establishes consent to certain extent. Fate forbid, but if a need arises, it's on record. With way too young looking girls, it also helps in establishing she's over 18.
2. Other devious motive is you have a leverage too if you get to know what her real ID is. Leverage against possible blackmail or leak of information.
3. Financial motive. Some hotels offer cancellation right up to check in. Like other bros have been suggesting, better to meet check in lobby. If you don't like and don't have any backup, you can cancel the reservation and save money.
