Picking up chicas at hooters sounds like a good idea. But the big question is. Are the wings HOT? I have tried hooters in Buenoa Aires and Sao Paulo and there was no hotness at all and it was like eating wings with margarine on them. Disgusting. Luckily in BA and SP there are way better food options!

Well, long time reader, 1st time writing.
Using forum advice, I made my way to CR 15 #104 03, Mezzanine #8, or 9. It was the last one on the left, facing the street, 9 I think, I'll confirm tomorrow. Anyho, went in and was whisked off to a room by Michelle, the rest of the ladies in the front area were engaged on their cell phones.

The girls swap out so often, we could never keep up with our recommendations. I did 3 in a row in 3 different places after looking in each one 2 or 3 times, yes, I spent quite some time there one day! Not disappointed in any of my picks though.
