Germany would still be a major commercial sex market if its politicians ever banned the sale of sex. The transactional formats would simply change from large incall places that openly advertise the sale of sex, to a different system. There would still be incall and there would likely still be multiple ladies working at the incall. And as long as Germany doesn't close its borders with countries in Eastern Europe, the type of ladies would be similar and the prices would be lower than most of the rest of the world. But the prices would go up since large incall facilities generate economic efficiencies.
