The only times I've had ANY delay driving into Tijuana is during evening rush hour, especially Fridays.

OTOH, if you meant to say "returning FROM Tijuana on a Saturday early afternoon", I really have no relevant experience, but based on what I've seen posted here and other places, my guess is there'll be a few hours delay.

It will be much nicer for you to take her shopping instead of bringing it to her. I've done both and I enjoy taking a girl out shopping much more than just having them send me a wish list. Also if you are looking at better restaurants to eat at on the ocean I'd go further south towards Puerto Nuevo, or even Puert Nuevo. Unfortunately the best places in Rosarito don't have an ocean view.

Not expensive, maybe $150? But she said I don't have to take her to sephora anymore, that it was up to me. So perhaps her spending at sephora wouldn't have been too crazy? Not sure.

Ill pay the ticket, its not that expensive. And take her shopping AFTER, that's a great tip BTW. Shopping budget depending on how her service is LOL.

I am amazed how you got your GE interview for the next day. At SFO it was months out when I tried last year.

I finally did a interview on return to USA at SFO to get my global entry card renewed.

Guys have been known to be lured to girls' neighborhood, kidnapped, beat up, drained of all money, sometimes murdered.

Take control of the relationship. Dictate the terms where, when you want to meet and what you want to do with her. After knowing her a few years and she proves to be honest, loving with you, then you can be serious with her. For now tell her to meet you in the club or hotel in La Zona Norte, be clear about how much you would give her for BBFS.

TJBrazil is right. It's a big waste of time and way too risky for a noob to drive around to Roasrito just to meet up with a puta.
