The present prostitution laws are very funny to read. Immoral tracking act 1956 & Prevention of immoral trafficking act 1986 say prostitution is legal but brothels are illegal. The only legal way is the girl operating herself in her own private place. Other than this, practicing in a brothel, pimping, openly advertising in public is illegal.

I have few doubts about this:

1) Without the girl advertising herself online or pimping, how will she get clients?

2) 99% of girls are into this for money. How can she afford her own place to do business. If some guy lends her a place, then its illegal, Is this ridiculous?

3) If we guys refer, then it's illegal. See'Mon. How can she get more clients if we don't refer?

Still I believe, the entire authority if with the police and not with the lady or the client. If more power is given to us, then it would be worry-free from LE bribes.
