For those that don't remember or forgot this was said emphatically back when Clark Air Force Base and Subic Bay Naval Station were closed. Clark was at the time the largest Air Force base in the world. We are talking thousands of young men ten minutes away with nothing on there mind except fucking and plenty of pesos to do it with. I just spent over a week with some higher ups connected politicians back in November. The politicians do not make much money from their salaries but every other sources. They will not allow the hand (s) that feed them to be cut. If money is to be made of go-go, strip bars, they will not close them but may relocate. All you need to do is to read a dozen posts in the Report of Distinction (ROD) thread and you will start to get a general idea about places to go to and prices to pay. Almost all hotels in Metro Manila (comprised of several districts) and every single hotel in Angeles City is girl friendly, that means you book for 2 persons and you check in alone, but you can bring back a visitor to your room at any time.
