This report is of my days in Pattaya for a trip a few weeks ago. This past trip was split between BKK and Pattaya. . the first 4 days are posted in the BKK forum.
Day 4.

Newbie questions for maiden visit to LOS
Hi guys,
I am in the planning phase of my trip to Thailand in the beginning of February in 2016.
I am planning for a nine day trip to Pattaya (4 Days), Phuket (2 Days) and then to end it with Bangkok (3 Days).
I had a couple of questions regarding how things work over in Thailand.
1) A friend told me that if we are taking a Tuk Tuk or a Taxi to a club or a massage place, then we don't have to pay the driver as the establishment pays them a commission to bring customers. Is this true? If so how does it work?
2) From RTFF I gather that the bar fine for a girl is fixed and her rate is subject to bargaining. Is my understanding correct?
3) When I go to a massage place like Honey or Rasputin are we allowed to talk with the girl before we select her and go to the room to do the deed? Or is it just a selection based on looks and we get whatever service the girl wants to provide?
4) What are the Clubs\Go Go's which are a "must visit"?
5) When we book a double bedroom in a hotel is it understood by the hotel that we will bring a "guest" with us for the night? Or do they create issues and ask for a joiner fee?
