Not sure where you and your friend are coming from / living at the moment but you have just asked the million dollar question. The rivalry between Sydney and Melbourne has been going on since federation and now it spills onto this area too.

You said your friend wants to stay in either Sydney or Melbourne for a long time, surely sex availability is not the main / major deciding factor to choose which city to stay, shouldn't things like employment opportunity, accommodation costs, access to transport, foods and drinks be considered? Doesn't have to work for a living but cannot afford to buy a yacht in Sydney harbour. He lives on his investment income and travels around the world to experience different cultures (and more importantly, different gals). So yes, girls is the deciding factor for him to choose which city to stay.

Went to 533 willoughby. Hard to find from the from as it's only a set of stairs. Does have back entrance.

Rooms. Very run down but mostly clean. 2/10.

Girls. Good selection, mostly mainland China's, not really represented on their website.
