Thought I'd post this here since MERB screens negative reviews to protect the agencies. BH[/QUOTE]I think you are missing the best of Montreal by going the AMP route. The reviews on the big Montreal site (merb.cc), which is free to join, indicate that they are not that different in terms of quality and service than what you get in the USA.

Where Montreal shines is in escorts. An hour with an escort in Montreal is 180-220 Canadian, whereas a similar (but usually slightly older) high-end escort in the USA Would generally be $350-$500. They are really high-end for 180-220, not skanks.

Then the Supreme Court ruled that to be unconstitutional and it made all prostitution legal amongst consenting adults, but put the ruling in abeyance so the legislature would have time to act.

The legislature then enacted C-36, which makes prostitution illegal for all parties but does not permit the actual prostitutes to be prosecuted since they are automatically viewed as victims. The enactment of C-36, along with a Montreal mayor who does not like massage parlors, has caused a lot of them to close in Montreal. Of course they have not all closed- I am not trying to be dramatic. But it seems the greatest sin a person can do on merb is to provide too much detail regarding the location and explicit details for fixed-location incall.
