Same experience. Pathetic spa, no privacy while waiting and too bright lighting. Went there because of good experiences at the sister concern in Bangalore with Ukriainian and Thai therapists. This was just a scam. They were offering a package which I refused after the experience. Recently visited this spa opposite famous hospital at junction of road no 1 BH. It's in first floor above a bank.
