If you aren't comfortable, delete her number. I don't find anything fishy about it. But I'd trust your gut. I think she's probably just a hustler, trying to earn. As for the limo, with respect, who do you think you are fooling? If you are a single gringo crossing into Mexico, most will assume you are going to the zona. Even if you weren't they'll assume that. And while I wouldn't be afraid of a taxi, the limo would almost certainly be safer. And less expensive.

Honestly I have had that feeling several times but thankfully each time has turned out completely fine. I think it's just natural to feel weary about a situation. Just make sure you agree on a certain amount of time and the fee ahead of time so there's no confusion. And always try to pay AFTER the deed is done to avoid getting hustled. I would still advise against doing anything beyond 60 minutes at Cascadas though.

It's not a parking lot but I used to have a girlfriend who lived across the street from Southwest Middle School. It's a relatively nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking available lined up against all of the houses there. The Iris trolley station is less than a 5 minute walk from that area. I would feel comfortable leaving my car there for a couple days if necessary. Just an option for you guys if you want to check it out. Pic attached.
