Yea, that was my thoughts as well. I just can't imagine enclosing places like D'Latins, Rumbas and Merange and not having A / C. The temps in summer have to exceed 115 degrees in those hot boxes. The busses from the Cruise Ships should go directly to Cabarete as it is more condusive to that scene and tourists and leave Sosua to whoring.

Already Over! Good thing I'll be back for thanksgiving! Spent the last day bouncing around town drinking beer and talking. Lots of fellow mongers and expats. Had a decent afternoon sessions with a really pretty dominicana. Hung out with Gogo and BQ Ribs later. BQ was giving GoGo a hard time! LOL. Funny as hell! Had a blast. Got the Haitian girl again. Told her 2000 todo la noche. She said Ok. Another star performance with an encore presentation in the morning. Got to luv it. Gave her 2500. Having breakfast at new cafe. Pretty girls walking by and waving, blowing kisses! Love live Sosua! Brother P reporting!
I can finally add a report. This place is everything yall said it was, fine ass woman everywhere, already I can't wait to go back. I went to Sosua Oct 24th-27th and stayed at Rocky Suites
Was really nervous about taking this trip solo as my friend backed out at the last minute, and I never been outside the country before. But I am so glad I decided to pull the trigger and go by myself. I ended up meeting with 2 guys from another board who travel down there often, and they showed me a great time. I am 27 years old but I have a young face, can almost pass for a senior in high school, and all the chicas were calling me Bambino LOL. I ended up with 7 chicas my stay with one of them being repeats. And I see why you have to be careful bringing these chicas to your room, in one instance I had chica I had the night before just randomly show up to my door the next day, I was like WTF, I told her I had to leave and that I might see her later (never saw her again for the rest of my trip). I never told the chicas when I was leaving and got a few of their facebooks, they weren't too happy when I told them I left to go back home. I would have to say out of the 7 only 2 I would consider bad sessions, and I couldn't get any pics without clothes, even when I said no face in picture they still wouldn't budge. The most I paid for ST was 2500 (I know that's a lot but I am still learning the ropes) but I did manage to get a TLN for 1500. But in all it was a great trip and I am already hoping to go back sometime in April or may.
The only downfall of the trip was going through DR Customs on the way back in Santiago. I was nearly questioned for 15 mins as to why I was travelling by myself. In another country where the guy could barely understand my English, I am glad my limited Spanish helped me. Never been so nervous in my life.
Another thing I noticed. For the people on here saying that white guys don't like black or black skinned girls, that's all I seen them with. Many of the white guys either had a hatian or very dark skinned Dominican. Maybe I just happened to be there when this was more prevalent, I don't know, but just thought I should point this out.

(1) If you are American and first time out of the country, you may have a very different definition of what constitutes "dark skinned". For example, I wouldn't call any of the three you pictured as "dark-skinned", nor would most locals in Sosua. Would you? They appear to be two "india oscuras" and one "india clara". Not "morena" or "prieta". But these terms are relative. If the girls on the left and center came from a lighter-skinned family they might well be called "morena" in comparison to their siblings. Similarly if they came from the Cibao, which has a higher percentage of "Spanish" bloodlines.
(2) Two-thirds of the mongers in Sosua are not from the US, and if there is any truth in that assertion, it would not apply to them. Germans, French, Italians, and French Canadians, among others, are known to very often prefer haitianas.
(3) The sizable minority of American mongers who prefer lighter-skinned girls wouldn't go to Sosua because they know their choice would be reduced there. They go to Colombia, Costa Rica, or SE Asia (among other destinations).

This way there is no misunderstanding (mal-intiendemento) in the room. Of course the time of departure and what you expect would have to be agreed to as well. If you don't speak Spanish you should forget just getting a TLN cost as previously posted.
Had a nice 6 night stay here last week.
PROS. Free Airport Pickup, Rick is a cool and helpful guy, nice space in the room, away from the strip, laundry service.
CONS. Constantly paying moto fare to get to and from the strip, on the ground floor the only view you have is of the glass bottled wall, Wonky showers in some of the older rooms.
I had a good stay and the girls all liked my place but next time I'm going to try for a closer hotel like Don Antonio's.
TIP: If you're planning on staying there I'd suggest an upstairs room.

Sniffing it, looking at it with a microscope, hell they damn near licked it once LOL.
Also NEVER pay over 2000 for ST, I don't care how nice her ass is! Glad you had a great time though.

I was only referring to the appearance of the girls I seen the white guys with. Your 2nd statement, thanks for clearing that up, completely forgot about the European and Canadian being in Sousa.

Lesson learned though, as I will have more experience for my next trip.

The new passport is quite different. The main difference is that the picture and information is no longer on the first page when it opens, it's now on the second page.
The agent had to go in one of the offices to ask for assistance.

I had I chica on halloween night (amazing body) say she wouldn't go for less that $100 US TLN! No wonder it was near 3 am and she was still hadn't been picked up. LOL
She went home alone that night which was stupid since she could have had good money in her pocket.
Chances are if you over pay they under perform.
Next time I go I'm learning Spanish and low balling the fuck out of these chicas

Where in the US can you find a dime piece for that kind of money? Don't be that guy sitting on the airplane after your trip saying to yourself "Damn, that chica was banging! But she wanted 2000-2500 ST and the (faceless) guys on ISG told me not to pay that".
As much as some of these chichipatos would like to believe, chicas are not going home starving because you did not give her 2000-2500 pesos. If she is damn fine, she will get snatched up as soon as you turn your back.
Keep everything in prospective bro. Most of the guys claiming they don't pay more than 2000 ST don't mind that there h0es look like this "thing" in the pic attached.
