Street scene is getting worse and the Chinese have left
This is getting ridiculous. I wasn't calling you or your question stupid. I was commenting on actions already taken and stressing the need for discretion all round
Unfortunately, this thread has degenerated into a social and political commentary when all I think we want to do is get laid at a reasonable price. I agree with EgyMonger on the need to try to not put these girls in jeopardy, but I know for a fact that their names are not what they say they are.
That said, can we just agree that using some common sense in describing these places, the locations, etc, is the best course going forward and put an end to all this.
If I wanted a political debate, I'd stay in the office instead of trying to get a BJ.
For fuck's sake, focus on the job at hand and start passing on useful info instead of all just massing at one MP, asking for quick contacts, and showing no inclination, as CaiGuy put it so well, of being willing to TOFTT.
Since you want to avoid any discussion about the political ramifications to our hobby, let me describe what I came across yesterday in front of Ali & Ali Pharmacy in Maadi's El Nasr street which, although I had been reporting about in this very forum for the past 5 years, is starting to feel the effects of a pre-Muslim Brotherhood rule: A street hooker was brutally slashed with a switchblade by a thug, then beaten by random people walking the street in her head and had her money / mobile phone stolen. Nobody dared to save her or stop these beatings because this women was obviously touting for sex. What's worse is that a low-ranking police watched the whole scene and did not bother intervening. This alone will discourage the street scene from ever arising again.
In addition, Chinese massage parlours in Maadi remain closed and the few Chinese contacts I used to have are now gone as their phones have been switched off for more than a week now.
