Sooner the better. Because they will regret not eliminating it sooner. For instance they probably kocking themselves all time for having 12 dollar hotels just 4 yrs ago with VIP card, free breakfast coupons, free lap dance coupons, free 2 beers coupons. But on the other hand I'm familiar with several strip clubs even here in the USA Where the club asks you to buy a $25 (or more) drink if you're interested in sitting and talking with a dancer for a little bit. Also, you always have the option to NOT buy the $30 drinks. In my couple of trips to Tijuana this year I've yet to even be offered the $30 drink at HK, it's always only been the $10, at least so far. As prices went up, a lot fewer guys are buying the expensive fichas. HK no longer charges cover on weekends. Lots of, if not most guys, just go in, wander around ogling hot girls, not even buying the $4 beers for themselves, not going arribas. You can see business has slowed down a great deal. Probably 3 times. Now remember I'm always drinking too. So I don't make wisest decisions. 1 refund demand was a 2nd drink from a girl she slapped me in HK when I wouldn't do a quick 3rd drink. Actually I just reported her didn't ask for refund.
