It coincides with a "brain drain". Beautiful women generally have access to more possibilities and opportunities. I think they have been leaving gradually. Some have gone to a condo in Miami and some are hooking in London or elsewhere. You get the picture. You see the most dramatic effect of the "beauty drain" in Venezuela.

The Argentine women are friendlier because I think the country has been humbled for so long. Not that many years ago, the women there were very aloof and underwhelmed with foreign males visiting the country. It was one of the toughest places to flirt and strike up a conversation whether it was a cafe, bar or shopping mall.

I've never seen Brazilian stunners in Japan. I've only seen few Brazilian stunners in Europe. The same shit happened in the USA, I thought most Mexican women are ugly before setting foot in Mexico. I've seen many Mexican stunners especially in Guadajara, I was surprised. Whiter Mexicans are less likely to immigrate to the USA.

I think it's much easier for Brazilian women to adapt in Europe both culturally and linguistically than Japan. I have known many attractive Mexican-American women, but they are greatly outnumbered by poor, less attractive Mexican women who have migrated across the border. Believe me, attractive Latina immigrants are very clever, entrepreneurial and take advantage of the opportunities afforded them in the USA.

Without investigation, I am going to guess that many upper and middle class Mexicans have good situations and the Mexican economy has been very dynamic over the recent decades benefiting from economic liberalization and its proximity to to the USA. Thus, the Mexican women in these households are not necessarily motivated to leave. Local violence is the wild card, but wealthier Mexicans are very security conscious.
