Plus I want breakfast ready to go when I wake up and not have to work for it😜. There is also the safety issue. If you bring a girl to the hotel, she has to register (you don't have to register her at some hotels if you don't want to) but I always do. They take a copy of her ID and she knows that so she is much much less likely to steal or cause drama. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen though so you have to be careful anyways. Plus. The security at a hotel in case she decides to rob you and bring her friends over. Much less likely to happen at a big hotel (heard of this happening in Colombia recently).

On the other side of the equation, the girls also feel safer if you are staying at big hotel especially if they are going for an overnight with an unknown foreigner. They have some security options vs going to a random airbnb.

As long as you book in a girl friendly hotels (search in the forum should provide you the list) you have no problem bringing girls at any hour. Some hotels may change small guest fee (even if you booked the room for 2 people) but most don't. Lots of Airbnbs don't allow guests. Even when the host agrees, apartment security (which is intendent of the host) can cause problems about you brining a guest that wasn't registered during check-in. You don't want that drama especially when you bring different girls every day, especially late at night. I would stay in hotel and not deal with unexpected hassles.

I agree with Anaggie and Lalabo and I favor hotels for all the reasons given, but if I were planning a stay of 6 months or longer, I would rent a condo making sure beforehand and in writing, I could bring over whoever I wanted at any time. I would conduct my condo search on the ground in SP or RJ, so I could inspect the apartment and building in person and there would be no mistakes.

By comparison, a 3-bedroom condo on A1 A with an Atlantic Ocean view in Broward or Palm Beach County in Florida would easily run over $4,000/ month and the Florida girls are not half as friendly.

I end up paying about 5500 reais or 1000 USD per month. But I have a real kitchen, and all the rest I described, including the highest speed internet. The biggest downside is the distance from centro, but that is also the upside for me. There are no gringos. Which I like. No tourists. Hey Tochka, don't take this the wrong way but if your Scandallo fail to connect rate is as high as you seem to be reporting, then possibly the problem lies with you and not the girls.
