I'll admit that there are times when I get exasperated and fallback on stereotypes because it's the easy way out to deal with a trying situation in a foreign environment. For me, it takes far more empathy and patience, especially with a language barrier, to relate to each person, individually. But overall the effort is very worthwhile IMO.

i agree with you 100%. some guys delude themselves into thinking that these girls fall for their charms and don't want money. they think by going out with these girls to do non-p4p activities (like buying a mobile phone) and not giving them money even when they do eventually shag, makes the whole thing somehow the "real thing". other wankers just pride themselves on getting "freebies" from these girls, as if it's some sort of accomplishment.

Keep up the great posts. I also want to add that in most of the G-Clubs, you do not need to buy a membership. They are not for everyone, but they are a welcome addition to the many other options BKK has .. at least for me. Live music, hot woman, no lowlifes, and all for under a $100 U.S. for an evening. Not a bad deal in my book. Sometimes you score and if you don't, you still can get laid with a visit to NEP, Soi Cowboy or some other bar.

I think they are under the same ownership as the Pent, Piano and Forte.

Yes, that would be true if you are exclusively talking about women in the P4P industry. A lot of non P4P girls will go out on dates and have sex with you for other reasons than money.

In my limited experience and from what I hear from my female staff, they still deeply believe that there is a prince charming out there that will come and treat them like the princesses they are. Most Thai ladies I meet (mid to hi-so) have a very high opinion of themselves and surely do not need any money, what they do, they do for fun.

I have written reports of some non P4P experiences that happened to me in LOS (and there are more reports to come), I did not pay any of them as I knew they were doing it for other reasons.

If one interprets "paying for it" in the broadest terms, I suppose that these P4P experts are correct, in that there are no freebies, and we do pay for it, one way or another.

But, what they don't get, because they don't know any Thai women, other than hookers is that whatever cost there is in the pursuit, and the dating of the type of women you and I encounter is worth far more than a no-brainer exchange of cash for service with some lowly bargirl.

So, yes we all pay for it. But, the difference is between driving a Honda Wave and a Mercedes S.

That's assuming one thinks Thai Airways Hostesses are good looking. I have known many and don’t care for them because of their attitudes.

Check the Escort Agencies thread and you might find something for your pleasure. I had a good experience with Bangkok Gold recently.
