This is a general post related to back up of mongering contacts.

Many people use same number for society, work as well as mongering. I know few guys who faced problems due to this. They were using the same number and whatsapp chat was seen by family numbers.

Most of your SP numbers will have an appealing pic of WG, will be difficult to tell that he is your friend if someone will see. It's very dangerous. I know it's not possible for all to use two different numbers but it's required.

Majority of the members I have interacted on ISG are well educated, senior people at work or businessman and many of them use the same number for mongering activity. Now, in truecaller days, any smart ass (or pussy too) can find out his identity. I myself is in senior management in MNC and if someone will search my real name (I never use my regular number, email or name for mongering) in google, he will get much more information about me. (yes, in google full name search itself).

The point is one needs to keep separate number. In case it is not possible, at least create one more gmail account for mongering and store only mongering numbers in that account. I guess most are aware about how to do it. There are 2-3 advantages to do this.

1. If one looses his phone, he will always have hard earned. Contacts in gmail. (actually from Dinom's post today, it came to my mind to write this post).

2. If you use separate mobile with mongering gmail account, you can use FB, mingle2, Locanto and other social networking websites to hunt, if you are into it. I am always into it. - pros. Is how to manage second mobile at home. I keep it in office when in home town. Most members know that it works in office hours only.

3. If you have only mongering contacts in this account, it will always pop up in FB, wechat etc. Like in FB, do you know this person? - sometimes it helps to see the pictures if available.

I don't know how many of you use separate number / email. But think twice. Happy mongering.

I agree with you. Maintaining Secrecy in India is paramount. Ours is a hypocrite country. People are not open here when it comes to the topic of pleasures and importance of sex. Yes indeed-the post is very much useful for a person who is married and has a family to look after. Bachelors, I guess, would not think it is that important to maintain double identity for mongering as they are less prone to get checked at home or hostels. Its always good to play safe.

Just a couple of things to add.

1. True caller and many other apps, including JustDial, use your contacts to create their database. Even if somebody else instslls truecaller, and has your name in his contacts, then your number snd name will get listed. If you want to make sure your number is not listed, there is an option to remove your number permanently. Go to the true caller website to do this. You should of course not use the app on that phone.

2. Many phones sync with your office mailbox and to the cloud. Make sure your monger contacts don't get on your exchange server. A safe way would be to store it on a web mail like yahoo or hotmail, and to NOT sync it with phone. This way, you will never lose data, and will not be exposed easily.
