You can go to all the tourist stuff, all the beaches in daytime, use uber and hit all the termas, Lapa etc and restaurants and enjoy Rio. You don't have any reason to go into the communities that have conflict so should be ok. It's a big city so take normal precautions and take behavioural advice from my and others' post.

There are so many privees, CLínicas, trash boates, tier 1,2 and 3 termas and VM is the closest area that kinda have sw mixed with girls who are attached to houses but in Centro it's behind Central station but that's crack head HQ. Avenida Atlântica have SW in Copa but I prefer if the girl has some attachment to somewhere where someone knows her etc even Mabs is a bit better than just off the street IMHO.

I have seen some stunning SW in Barra De Tijuca, but I have not pulled the trigger with so many other safer and better choices in Rio.

If you have enough dough to travel to brazil, no need to take high risk of getting mugged, drugged or higher chance of catching an STD. Again, just not worth it with so many other options.

I am back home now and would leave again tomorrow and go straight back. I never got drunk there and always had my wits about me. Door to door taxis are cheap and safe. I had a fantastic time but the crime figures speak for themselves. Bearing in mind how bad corruption is in the country, I suspect the crime figures could actually be a lot higher than are released. There are a lot of homeless people sleeping rough on the beach. That is one place I didn't go near during my stay at night. Its a big dark space with no help so don't go near it. I stayed on the other side of the road on Atlantic av where there were street lights etc. A tourist guy obviously had a problem one night on the beach as we suddenly saw him sprinting across the road bare footed, shirt ripped wide open and I swear his eyes were jutting out of his face with sheer fear. God knows what had just happened but he was running like an Olympic athlete!

Rio has long had a well-deserved reputation for danger (like many destinations in Latin America). However, if one follows the advice given here and stays aware of his surroundings, he will likely be fine. Many on here have been to Rio and other "dangerous" cities dozens of times and never had problems.

I also agree with the others -- not a good idea to do streetwalkers in Rio. And really no need to, there are so many other better venues.

Finally made it to the famous city, station One: Copa. I'll include necessary details to help noobies like me. I speak zero Portuguese.

General impression: the highest per capita concentration of beauty I have seen anywhere I've been in the world. And by far the best ass collection, ever. Just the right amount of juiciness combined with excellent waist to hip ratio on close to 90% of the female population. Oh my!

What you will need to hobby successfully: Whatsapp, Google Translate, Google Maps.

Now the experience:

Unfortunately things didn't go according to plan, initially. For one, Sunday seems to be dead mongering-wise. Everything closed. Only a smattering of indies in prives were biting. Selected one in the hood, said she was near Cardeal Arcoverde Metro stop, agreed on time and all the fine print (100/ h). Walked all the way and then she went quiet as I landed in her vicinity. Wasted Sunday afternoon. Day 1 ended in disappointment.

Day 2, Monday, decided to try another prive garota who has a good reputation in Brazilian forums. Again ended in disappointment, "babysitter got sick" as I was only 100 m from her address near Siqueira Campos metro stop. (Interestingly most prives in Copa are near these 2 stations). This is not what I signed up for.

However, I had a plan be this time. Headed to the 'Clinica Street' (Av. Nossa Senhora) - it seems all clinicas in Copa are along this stretch. Had originally intended to go to Copa583 ([URL]https://www.copa583.com.br/[/URL]), but somehow ended up in Copaterapias ([URL]http://copaterapias.com.br/[/URL]) (same building). They had a prominent sign on the ground floor so I assumed it was one and the same. Big mistake. Nice reception area, but Copaterapias only does massage and L1 (aka HJ), this caught me off guard. I am on HJ-free diet (HJ is my gluten), but I was already there, and assumed with only L1, massage should be top notch. I had knots that could be untied, unhappy ending be damned. The lineup had only 3 ladies, but good looking. I picked Jessica, hot as they come (she's a lot hotter than the pics suggest). However, the room was seedier than I expected. They line the massage bed with what is essentially wrapping paper, noisy and tacky as hell. Only communal shower available, towel looks dirty. Mediocre massage, fully clothed, no touching except her legs (no kidding). The HJ, although expertly done, took forever. Not my thing at all. Total waste of time (full h), and RS 160.

Interestingly as I was ready to leave Jessica was quick to offer me her cell # without my asking. She was very friendly, I took this as a sign that she was ready to play at a higher level outside the establishment. More on that later.

So far three fails in a row!

After supper, rechecked my intel to figure out what I missed, and realized poor attention to detail and bad luck landed me in the only Clinica listed as HJ-only in Rio by TWM. I wasn't going to go to bed on night 2 in Rio with only a HJ under my belt, so headed back to 583, the real 583. Rate is RS 150 per h. Incredible lineup, maybe 20 ladies. I chose Suellen, a young, hot, friendly lady with small natural tits, nice ass! The rooms here are really classy, super clean with a private shower, a massage bed (with clean white sheets, not paper), and another bigger action bed. They give you a towel sealed in plastic to indite it had been cleaned or something. Apparently there is no pretend massage in these place. Straight to action, despite the fact that the ladies enter the room wearing professional-looking lab coats. The lady was a good kisser and gave good BBBJ, but was an average performer, a bit too submissive for my taste. Got my 2 pops though. She was also quick to offer me her number. Moonlighting must be common for these ladies.

This is by far the classiest clinica I've been to so far in Rio (5 and counting). Overall good experience, but I would pick a different lady next time.

Hello all,

Spent the last week in Rio and thought I would share my experiences with everyone just in case it is helpful to anyone.

I was in the city for a week but only got a chance to sample the delights if the city on Saturday night and Thursday night.

Saturday night:

I don't know Rio at all and don't speak any Portugese so I took the easy option and started my night with a couple of drinks in Mabs.

It wasn't very good. A few working girls hanging out there but quality wasn't very good and didn't enjoy the atmosphere. I left unimpressed after a couple of drinks. I walked by Mabs a couple of times later in the week and it appeared to be busier so maybe worth checking out but it wasn't good on the night I visited.

Decided to make my way to Monte Carlo. Easy to find and not a far walk from Mabs.

I have never visited a place like Monte Carlo before. I had read reports etc so knew what to expect. Place is exactly as described in other reports. Get changed in locker room, leave you stuff in a locker and head up to the room of ladies.

Room isn't that big and had maybe 15-20 ladies in it. Quality varied and there were definitely some very hot ladies available.

Had a chat with a couple of girls before deciding which girl to speak some time with. Headed up to the room, which was small and a little rough round the edges. Had a shower and then proceeded with the action. What followed was a hour of full on action. Full on experience with lots if kissing and sex in pretty much all positions conceivable. Had three rounds in the hour, went over a little bit a received a call to room advising us time was up. Got showered, dressed, got the girls number and headed to the front desk to settle up. I am aware Monte Carlo is one of the more expensive options. I think total price was around R700 which is around £160. From my point of view that was excellent value when compared to UK although I appreciate cheaper options are available in Rio.

Thursday Night:

I had hoped to meet the lady from Monte Carlo during the week but didn't get a chance due to a busy working week. Chance to have some more fun until Thursday night and decided to see what other delights Rio had to offer so decided to make my to Centaurus.

Not sure why. All the research I did suggested the place was overpriced and the girls pushy. Nevertheless I decided to go. Aside from my taxi driver trying to rip my off on the way got to the place OK. Same set up as Mont Carlo, looked room on ground floor, get changed into dressing gown and head up to main room. Room is bigger than Monte Carlo and more girls who were generally of a higher standard than Monte Carlo.

I was immediately pounced upon by 2 girls who lost interest after I asked them to give me some time to have a drink and check out the room. They were a little pushy but mostly good natured.

I spoke to a few girls and decided upon one to spend some time with. Unlike Monte Carlo where you pay for everything in exit in Centaurus you head back down stairs to pay for your time with the girl and then head up to the room. Rooms in Centaurus are much larger and better. Had a shower and the had an hour of fun. Again full on hour of actions and had 2 rounds with lots of kissing a variety of positions. It was awesome.

Headed back to the main room and despite it being late I decided to have some more fun with another girl. Same routine again and another 40 minutes of fun.

I spent around R1,600 In Centaurus which included time with girls, my drinks and a couple of drinks for the girls. Expensive again by Rio standard but by UK pricing it was reasonable. Spent 3 hours in the club, had 4 rounds of action, few drinks and the two girls I chose were stunning. There were plenty other hot girls that I would gladly return to visit.

Summary:

On the whole I thought both places were awesome. Centaurus was overall a better if not more expe dive option just because the room with the girls is bigger, there are more girls and the rooms are larger.

Hopefully I get a chance to return to Rio at some point and try some alternative options although would go back to both Monte Carlo and Centaurus.

Day 3. Decided to contact the Clinica ladies who gave their numbers the previous day to see what their angle is. Jessica from Terapeutas is the one I had highest hopes on. Wanted to see her naked so bad. She was willing to come over, but insisted she strictly only offers massage + HJ, just like at the parlor. Then what the hell did she give me her number for? To waste my hotel guest relations capital on a HJ is ridiculous. End of story.

Contacted Suelen from 583 next. She was also very willing to come to me, for RS 200/ h. Remember at the parlor it is RS 150/ h, full GFE plus. My hotel was a 5 min walk from the parlor, so no transport surcharge. Just plain greed in my opinion. On top of her less than stellar performance, another dead end.

I (later) figured there's probably a ton of tourists in Copa area who fall for the, "I got a hot chick's phone #" routine. The behavior of ladies in Centro was very different (next).

I took the metro to Centro to mix and mingle, and maybe try the Clinicas there. The metro seems to be a very easy and convenient way to access many mongering scenes that matter in Rio. Connecting to the BRT bus systems further extends the zone of influence. I have used these for virtually all my travels within the greater Rio so far. They are the quickest and cheapest way to get around.

Went to Bel Pazer on Av. Rio Branco, 185, near Carioca metro stop ([URL]https://www.belprazer.com/[/URL]). This parlor is well reviewed and seems to be quite popular. I landed at 12:30 pm, and apparently a very bad timing. This seemed to be the time when Rio men dash in for a quick lunch-break nookie before grabbing a sandwich, or something. There was literally a train of homens waiting their turn to pick from the lineup. I was number 2, so didn't take long to get my turn, but the awkwardness of the situation was hard to ignore. Plan to arrive before lunch time, 11 am may be best. The parlor has private showers in each room and is clean, but not half as nice as 583 in Copa.

The lineup was solid, maybe 10 - 15 ladies to choose from. I was torn between 2 ladies, but mamasan highly recommended my second choice, Angel. A petite lady maybe in late 20's with small bolt-ONS that were not overdone. Excellent choice! Very passionate and solid GFE. Super friendly and great attitude. Standout attribute: Tightest coochie this hemisphere. Highly recommended. Damage RS 150/ h.

Took my time to tour Centro a very happy man. Note to self: next time I'm in Rio, I will stay in Centro or close to it. A lot more exciting diversity and options for everything (including mongering) than Copa.

Went back to Copa and decided to try the indy scene for the night. Connected with Tina Tavarez, listed number (21) 96569-4588 ([URL]https://garotacomlocal.com/acompanhante/tina-tavarez/[/URL]). She was very efficient and polite on Whatsapp, and arrived at my hotel on time. Great feminine body, with large full natural breasts. Excellent GFE! So far my best experience.
