The peso was 20 to a dollar for most of the pandemic, and Tijuana has had rapidly rising rent prices. $80 is virtually impossible now unless you got a thing for gordas. I still try to negotiate $100 when I can, but $120 is not an unreasonable ask if you're vibing with the girl. $150 girls can kick rocks though.

To me the costs are about the same as in Canada to live in Tijuana. Crazy inflation I have seen in all categories over the last two years.

I hit up HK, Chicago & talk to some SW. Godamn has prices gone up but quality is relatively the same. A young Chicago chick wanted $130 and would not budge. She demanded a drink so I left. I talked to a SW next to Malquerida. $45 for 15-20 min she was a 7. I said hell no to that. I found a cutie from Monterey she wanted $150 but I dropped it to 120 bc I bought her a drink. She's a keeper. Thank god I have a few regulars that give $100 sessions price. But on Sunday I wanted something new. I am Latino but the US needs to go to war with Mexico to bring the prices down. I am not going to pay $150 for a chick that may or may not be a good lay.

I'm heading back to the zona in about 3 weeks. Ill post more info.

It's certainly better than the beach in Tijuana but there are literally at least a dozen beach areas that are better throughout MX.

I packed my bags and moved to Tijuana, that was a great experience.

I believe someone not too long ago also posted a report about banging a fresh girl on the scene who had just gone through their orientation process and was specially told to accept no less than $120. Girls in Chicago have caught wind and some try to begin negotiations at that price point as well but they're open to accepting more reasonable offers.

I understand the cost going up in pesos. Example from 1040 to 1360 pesos. In lieu of $80.

No one should pay more than $80. But many guys do and of course will gladly charge more as long as guys keep paying more.

If all the guys stopped paying more than $80. Then within a week all gals will accept $80- because the alternative is $0.

We should not complain girls want to charge more. The blame is entirely on the guys who are willing to fork out the money. I don't want you to get any of your girls in trouble or for you to have a problem so if you aren't able to put that here I understand.

Personally I've never heard of girls being told what to charge by the club, remember the girls just sell drinks at the club and if sex happens it is between you and the girl. Thus the need to leave the bar to go to the room. Now you can pay the club a fee to go to the VIP room with the girl but what happens in that room is between you and the girl. Similar to the massage places in Tijuana. You pay a flat fee to the place and negotiate with the girl once in private. I knew some girls at the old La Tropa bar and they hated getting called to the line up for the massage place they had. They preferred to drink with guys and decide in weather or not to go up with them.

I remember the orientation post, I'm pretty sure that guy didn't speak Spanish so the first issue is the translation being correct. The second issue is that the girl could go thru a basic orientation with how the bar works and her ficha prices and earnings. With the second part of the orientation being her basically hanging with a vet and the vet explaining how the other way to make money works. I basically refer to this as the chicas union and they try to force the new girls on pricing, asking for money upfront.

I've seen other bars in Mexico advertise for girls and usually just say that you can basically make good money but don't go into details on what exactly they have to do. I don't think she mentioned price for sex. But she told me all the girl are told to order wine when the customer is buying them a drink.

I've rarely had girls ask $120 to go to the room. But it will become the norm. Or higher.

My main girl from HK told me, which from her alone is a good enough source to confirm. I don't think it's something that's necessarily set in stone, but it's strongly suggested. The smart ones realize that they're already pushing it with 100 and are open to reasonable offers. The girls that offered me the $150 special for both mentioned it to me very discreetly and I'm assuming only gave me that quote because business was slow. They probably figured they would only have to put in half the work since it was two of them and an easy way to pick up some cash. About a half hour after that I saw them sitting at the bar near the alley just hanging out talking to each other. I never really get into bar drama with the girls or ask them about work. So maybe that's why I don't hear these complaints. Like I said in my past experiences I've never heard a girl tell me that the bar is involved in telling them what to charge but maybe things are changing in HK.

I know I'm not going to change your mind on this matter and we just believe differently in this matter. The first girl you mentioned if I was talking with her I would of pushed her more on who exactly is telling them that to ask for more and what is the reason they give for it.

The second girl I just wonder why she told you not to tell anyone what you pay, you don't seem to talk to management so besides other girls who would you talk to. Which brings me back to the girls being pushed more by the other girls to ask for a certain price so the girls don't price against each other.

The third girl again suggested what the going rate is but they all take less more or less so obviously it's just girls negotiating tactics.

My last point in this matter is just the fact that people like to complain about things and women especially, not so much that you will fix the problem but just want sympathy. I first started noticing this when I lived in Mexico and just thought it was a Mexican thing, now it seems everyone has to play the victim card so others feel bad for them.
