I never visited the Malay Street address because it was accessed via an exterior stairway which was very visible from the road. The new place on Justice Akbar Mawatha is much more discreet. If you are traveling from Galle Face towards Fort it is immediately past the Slave Island railway station and the level crossing on your right-hand side. It is an old 3-storey building, and Wasana is on the 2nd floor.
