It is a rather confusing mongering-state to have more trophies in this front considering typical characteristics of a monger.
- mostly, mongers have "want it now" tendency (seldom I have encountered cases where within just few acquaintances, you get the question "What do you want from me? " from the potential)
- mongers are a bit alergic to get into emotional-binding zone (on contrary, unless one gets into this zone, its rather difficult to initiate).
There has to be a split personality for a monger to juggle-around all the the levels of nirvana at the same point in time. Not to speak about some moments when I would be with a pro and would get a call from a "Friend" of opposite sex who have apparently become the willful target at a later point in time for a casual chit-chat.
In essence, being on top of Nirvana level would actually require a monger to do what he typically does not do if mongering is the end objective.
In my experience, to reach highest level of Nirvana as quoted by AllSaints, certain essentials have worked out.
- develop/adapt to a social platform/arena insulated from professional/personal sphere through which you get new contacts such a platform can be identified (likes of some wknd classes, group-meets of people with specific interests like trekking, arts etc etc). Not sounding saintly, but this has indeed proven to be channel for ONSs (one-nite- stands).
- certainly, one should not have affinity to above with sole objective of mongering. Mongering-benefits would have to be unintentional by-product. Works well that way. Anyway a monger would have instincts open to initiate and identify all possible opportunities in all "safer" circumstances.
Not sure if this is the case with everyone, but in my experience, I have had fair success-rate this way.

It is not the issue with the "street hooker" ladies per se - it is more about the male truckers and the male slum folks, who does not have the basic discipline in hygiene. The ladies usually serve as a carrier, given their stronger immune system.
My bias from being the 'city-bred monkey' or the one with 'silver rod (in the butt)' (yeah. that was what the 'city folks' were made fun of as!) and the admiration about the BPL (Below Poverty Line) immune system? - the constant diarrhea after eating BPL family food - till it was advised to stick to only 'warm' food and liquids from the BPL folks. When I do meet the BPL folks now (I still have some good friends), I do not care if the glass tumbler is chipped, there are finger prints all over it or that the glass smells awful; I can drink tea from that, as long as it given 'piping' hot, without the repercussions. :)

AllSaints - A well thought out thesis. You definitely deserve a PhD on this mongering philosophy. It does prompt you to think beyond ephemeral ebb and flow of urge and fantacies.

What are the advantages of a frequent flyer? - the complimentary tickets, the tele check-in, the cabin, the lounge, the 'surprise' upgrades, the 'extra' artificial smiles that you get, and last, but not the least, some of the airline gals knowing you personally; especially, when the folks who book your flight ticket insist that you fly only on a particular airline, as part of the large discount that they get.
There were the usual fake smiles all around, when I walked in - the part of making you feel most important than anyone else in the world.
"Hey, Did not see you last week!" one of the gals I knew, gushed.
"Did not feel like flying, dear!"
"When are you back?"
"Weekend."
"Taking us out for lunch?" (my translation: Want to see us gorge on food again, while you sit there, wondering about nailing one of us in bed, which is never gonna happen?)
"I will call, as soon as I get some breather!" (my standard answer, 'pretending' to be busy!)
(and BTW, all those prettiness sometimes goes for a toss, when you watch the way some gals eat(?) their food!)
Well, these gals are some of the 'smaller' mistakes in my life, where there was absolutely no ROI.
I might have gotten a sympathy fuck, if I had gotten bankrupt; but definitely not earlier than that!; specifically, when I'm looking for a 'hit and run', and they are looking for 'slow squeeze of every penny out, but keep him alive!').
Luckily enough, experiences have made me a 'good' card player, good enough to know when to call it quits, before it starts burning my fingers. (Remember, "You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, know when to run"....?)
So here is a question that has been wracking my mind for quite sometime now, given that I have now (almost) hit the depths and heights of mongering.
What exactly is the "Monger's Nirvana" stage? Here is my definition with the top-10 count-down, from 'pathetic of depths' to the 'glorious of heights' of mongering (purely from an Indian perspective!)
10. Street Hookers
9. Massage Parlors
8. On-Contract gals. (illiterate/semi-literate)
7. Non-Pro Housewives
6. Expensive, but educated, On-Contract gals (at least a Degree education to brag about!)
5. Semi-Independents (partly with p!mp, but operates on their own too, but never on-contract)
4. Mistresses (your own - but comes with maintenance tag!)
3. Independents
2. Swinger (you turn up with an 'independent' as your GF and swap her for another guy's trophy-wife or a real GF).

And all the above definitions come with the specific constraint that a "true" monger is a split personality, where he keeps his professional and family life separate from his mongering life.
So, why so much distaste for Street Hookers? Well, most of us don't eat at places which are frequented by truckers and slum folks, for the single reason that our immunity is not adapted well enough to defend us in those poor hygienic conditions. Do we get john-ed that bad enough to share a woman with truckers/slum-folks from the same circumstances? That, I would call as the pathetic depth of mongering.
Massage Parlors had always been a joke for me to do the FS. I would have qualified for some serious gymnastics in CWG, doing FS on that 3 foot wide massage table. Most of the p!mps who had arranged the "massage", had been 'kind' enough to arrange for cots on the ground, when I complained; but then, you get to see the floor level view of ants scurrying around, the small bundles of hair, along with other undesirable views that you typically tend to miss.
..And there is a not-so-subtle, in fact, huge, difference between the illiterate/semi-literate and the educated gals. The "polished" behavior is something that will always be the hallmark of an educated gal.

Was in London and have had opportunity to visit Lady Marmalade Parties(LMP) in Central London.

I recently tried a MP in Fo*ntai* P*az* in chennai basement and it did work out well for me. Got the number from DC. I just wanted to have a 'relaxation massage' and not FS. It did turn out to be a real good experience. the only draw back was that there was no AC but otherwise the girl was very co-operative and nice.

Coming back to Chennai after a gap of 4 years. A lot has changed. What remains is the same urge the moment I see Saree clad South Indian women. The first few days went around in settling down. Once the settling down parts were taken care of , I started off calling old contacts. No surprises there , every single one of them had changed numbers. Turned to colleagues to help.
